Evaluation And Promotion Of Tourism Ecological Civilization

On the basis of predecessors’ definition and connotation of tourism ecological civilization,this paper takes tourism industry as the background,discusses from the perspectives of tourism,ecology,ecological philosophy and ecological economics,explores the content and dynamic factors of the construction of tourism industry ecological civilization from the perspective of multi-disciplinary integration and infiltration,and further extends the theoretical research of tourism industry vertically and horizontally.Domain,help to deepen the understanding of the scientific law and internal relevance of the continuous improvement of tourism ecological civilization.On the basis of conceptual discussion and analysis,this paper will focus on the establishment of the framework model of tourism ecological civilization,determine the evaluation system of tourism ecological civilization and the corresponding indicators,and compare and analyze the previous evaluation methods,using the entropy weight method to get the weight of various indicators.Finally,taking Xinjiang as an example,this paper tries to evaluate the construction of tourism ecological civilization from 2012 to 2017,so as to reveal the truth from the surface to the inside and from the shallow to the deep.The main research contents of this paper include four aspects: the evolution of tourism ecological civilization and popular tourism,sustainable development tourism and other tourism modes.This paper studies the construction of the evaluation system of tourism ecological civilization.After the establishment of the evaluation system,this paper uses the relevant data of Xinjiang tourism and ecological civilization construction from 2012 to 2017 to empirically analyze the current situation of Xinjiang tourism ecological civilization.According to the results of empirical research,combined with the impact of indicators in the evaluation system of tourism ecological civilization,the paper finds out the shortcomings that restrict the construction of tourism ecological civilization in Xinjiang,and puts forward suggestions for the promotion of tourism ecological civilization in Xinjiang.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: This paper constructs a comprehensive index evaluation system composed of 27 indicators from six aspects: tourism ecological resources,tourism ecological economy,tourism ecological environment,tourism ecological society,tourism ecological culture and tourism ecological system,and six aspects have been relatively comprehensive in characterizing and evaluating tourism ecological civilization.In this evaluation system,tourism ecological economy,tourism ecological environment,tourism ecological culture and tourism ecological system have the greatest impact on tourism ecological civilization,and tourism ecological environment is the greatest influencing factor.According to the score of Xinjiang’s tourism ecological civilization,the construction of Xinjiang’s tourism ecological civilization experienced a downward-upward-downward trend from 2012 to 2017,that is,from 2012 to 2013 it was a regression stage,from 2013 to 2016 it was a rapid development stage,and from 2016 to 2017 it entered a regression stage.It can be said that the overall trend of the level of tourism ecological civilization in Xinjiang is tortuous upward development.According to the full score of 1,the highest score in 2016 is only in the middle of 0.64 points,and there is still a lot of room to rise.
