Research On The Correlation And Driving Path Of Tourism Development And Ecological Civilization Construction In Pengshui County

With the development of society,the traditional development methods at the cost of environmental destruction and resource waste can no longer meet the needs of the sustainable development of modern society.As a brand-new civilization form and an important concept of the new era,ecological civilization is important for the development of modern society.It has an unparalleled role.In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the important position of ecological civilization construction in the economic,political,cultural and other aspects was clearly defined.Tourism development and the construction of ecological civilization go in the same vein.Therefore,exploring the relationship between the construction of ecological civilization and tourism development and verifying the promotion of tourism development to the construction of ecological civilization is of great significance to the development of tourism and the construction of ecological civilization.This article studies the role of tourism development in promoting the construction of ecological civilization.First,it summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and uses sustainable development,ecological economics,and the theory of Kuznets industrial structure changes as important theoretical basis to explain the tourism industry and the connotation of ecological civilization construction,and then qualitative analysis of the relationship between the two.Then take Pengshui County,Chongqing City as the research object,select the statistical data of Pengshui County from 2006 to 2018,analyze the development status of its tourism and ecological civilization construction,and establish it according to the principles of science,system,comprehensiveness,and operability.Ecological civilization construction evaluation index system and tourism development evaluation index system,using entropy weight method to assign index weights,and measure the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological civilization construction and tourism development.On this basis,use Eviews10.0 software to do correlation analysis,unit root test,cointegration test,Granger causality test to analyze the empirical analysis of tourism development’s promotion of ecological civilization construction,and finally,Summarize the main characteristic ways of tourism development in Pengshui County to promote the construction of ecological civilization.The main conclusions drawn in this paper are as follows:(1)The correlation coefficient between tourism development and ecological civilization construction in Pengshui County is 0.976,showing a high degree of positive correlation.(2)Tourism development in Pengshui County is an important reason for promoting the construction of ecological civilization.The results show that for every point of increase in tourism development,the construction of ecological civilization will increase by 21.4%.(3)The tourism economic effect subsystem in the tourism development system of Pengshui County has a more significant impact on the construction of ecological civilization than the basic subsystem of the tourism industry.(4)The characteristic ways of tourism development in Pengshui County to promote the construction of ecological civilization are: the combination of ethnic characteristic culture and tourism drives the development of ecological culture;the combination of rural revitalization and tourism drives the development of ecological economy;the combination of livable city construction and leisure vacation tourism drives the development of ecological society;The combination of natural ecological resources and tourism drives the development of the ecological environment.
