Optimizations of human resources may show direct influences on the long-term development in a company and its core competitiveness,so does to Shandong Geological Mining Huitong Special Tyre Co.,Ltd.(in my dissertation).In my view,Identifying and optimizing the paths,affecting the results of human resources development,is conducive not only to improve the results of human resources development,but also to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,which means these methods may enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of employees in enterprises.Consequently,it can ensure the stable development and the competitive ability improvement of enterprises.Therefore,it has theoretical and practical significance to explore the factors systematically in influencing the path of human resources development.Firstly,this study expounds the background information and the theoretical and practical significance for my study.Then,I summarize the relevant theories at home and abroad,and come up with the research contents,innovation points and research methods which are related to the development and optimization of human resources of Geological Mining Huitong.According to that,I define the concepts related to the development and optimization of human resources in Geological Mining Huitong,and expounds the relevant theories of human resources development and optimization,such as competency theory and incentive theory.Secondly,the study identifies and studies the optimal path of human resources development in Geological Mining Huitong.Based on the research hypothesis,the research data was obtained through questionnaire survey.The data was tested by one-way ANOVA,and some indicators(including the indicators of human resources development achievements,human resources development and construction,human resources development mode and human resources development implementation guarantee)were classified by principal component analysis.And the indicators affecting the collinearity were deleted.The fourdimensional model of human resources development achievement indicators,the three-dimensional model of human resources development and construction indicators,the two-dimensional model of human resources development mode indicators and the four-dimensional model of human resources development implementation safeguard indicators are established.Through validity test and reliability test,the structural equation model is used to test the fitness of the model,also to analyze the impact paths and confirmatory factors.The direct and interactive load of human resources development factors on the human resources development achievement factors of Geological Mining Huitong has been obtained.It provides reliable,comprehensive and scientific decision.Finally,the study comes up with some countermeasures.In the realm of human resources development and construction,human resources development mode and the human resources development implementation safeguard in Geological Mining Huitong.
