With the increasing development of global economy,the demand of crude oil in the world has deamatically risen.Following the extensive development of conventional oil in the last century,people have paid more attention on the abundant heavy oil and extra heavy oil resources,and as well the heavy oil production technology. Block Du 66 fireflood well group of Liaohe Shuguang Oil Production belong to thick oil old area,has been turned into the later stage of huff and puff production now,there are so many problems such as high production cycles,low formation pressure,the use of degree above the average,a lot of low yield and closed wells, the huff and puff cycle of block is 11.74,the average formation pressure is 1.3MPa,only 12% of the reset pressure,overall pressure drop is 9.52 MPa.The average unit pressure drop produced 2.5% of geological reserves,on the basis of this way,recovery efficency only carry to 27.2%.Through the basis of domestic and overseas thick oli development mode transform technology,and oil deposit estimated adaptation,we decide to choose fireflood as the late period development mode of block Du 66.This paper introduces emphasis on the the Liaohe Shuguang block Du 66 fireflood development,get through lucubrating the reservoir type,geologic feature,developments status,and fireflood development technology of block Du 66, fish out the dynamic condition and regulate rules,optimize the supporting measures reasonable,and formulated relevant controlling countermeasures,they are combined type huff and puff drainage pattern、injection-production parameter adjustment、contrary fireflood technology,which belong to firing line control technology on flat, measuring gas tubular column of oil production by layer、producing well chemistry plugging、gas-injection well separate injection,which belong to lengthways employ controlling countermeasures, optimize tail gas treatment process、homework leak oil、Optimize tubular column design,which belong to high tail gas governing measures,enhance development effect of block Du 66 heavy oil reservoir greatly,and apply the research result. Through the research proves that yield-increasing effect obvious in the end.Well group yield are sustainable growth,process production wells daily oil output from 112.3t rise to451.7t,increase 339.4t; Daily oil output of single well rise obviously,from 0.9t/d rise to 2.2t/d;The rate of well opening enhance sharply,test site 17 oil well group become effective,proportion reach to 82%, test site 24 oil well group is 72%, test site 50 oil well group is 66%;The development index improve obviously,after using fireflood technology, the rate of oil production of pilot test well group from 0.29% rise to 2.2%,enlarge test site from 0.23% rise to 0.82%,predicting the ultimate recovery factor will reach to 52.2%,exceed demarcate recovery efficiency 27.2%,enhanced 25% oil recovery.
