The noise pollution, water pollution, atmosphere pollution, and solid waste are themajor environmental problems of worldwide and they would be the controlled targets ofenvironmental pollution in the future. Therefore, the significance of evaluate noisepollution is not only in academic but also in reality. In this text, the noise sources,characteristics, regular pattern and impact could be concluded from evaluatingmedium-sized cities traffic noise pollution, Handan construction would be benefitedfrom those conclusions, and that was the purpose of this text.The traffic noise pollution assessments and correlation analysis of Xueyuan roadwere taken in this and those were concluded: traffic noise levels and heavy-duty truckwere correlation maximum. In the two-stage evaluation of Luochengtou8th community,daytime LeqA (ui1), nighttime LeqA (ui2) and annoyance (ui3) were selected to beevaluation factors; take comment which were no impact, impact, mild impact, moderateimpact and severe impact as evaluation levels. In first-stage, objective factors,should be calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, objective fuzzyevaluation matrix Bijwould be obtained; then, subjective factors should be transformedinto subjective fuzzy evaluation matrix Rij3by using fuzzy statistical method; atsecond-stage, matrices Rij3Bijshould be calculated with factors weight by usingoperator. Finally, we could obtain the results of each floor: A1belonged to Ⅲtrended Ⅳ and Ⅴ, A2belonged to Ⅳ trended Ⅲ, A3belonged to Ⅳ trended Ⅴ,A4belonged to Ⅳ trended Ⅲ, A5belonged to Ⅳ trended Ⅲ, As those shown, theresults of second stage were more appropriate to reality than the first.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a method which took both objective andsubjective factors into account, and based on that, the noise assessment would obtain aresult that could describe noise impact more rational.
