| Environmental quality of residential area reflects the urban residential living standard, at the same time becomes an important indicator of the level of development of country. Comfortable and health environment of residential area, including not only natural environmental elements, water environment, air environment, sound environment, light environment and thermal environment, but also many social environmental elements, virescence, sanitation, traffic and management an so on. Among them, the sound environment in residential areas is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of the environmental quality of residential area. According to statistics, among all kinds of noise that impact the quality of sound environment in residential areas, traffic noise accounts for the largest proportion. So this paper will research the assessment of traffic noise in residential area.The purpose of this paper is to allow the majority of the residents of the noise environment in where they are, have a clear, specific understanding and change their understanding of the harmful effects of traffic noise in residential areas from perceptual understanding to concrete understanding. This paper introduces prediction model of road traffic noise, distribution and optimization of monitoring points of traffic noise in residential area, bring forward the fuzzy evaluation method and combined effect of traffic noise index method of the impact of urban road traffic noise on residents, and give an example, through comparison, we can get the conclusion that fuzzy evaluation method is more utilize than the combined effect of traffic noise index evaluation method. At last this paper introduces a number of control measures of residential traffic noise. Combined effect of traffic noise index evaluation method is the evaluation on the subjective annoyance value of residents to traffic noise. The impact of traffic noise on residents not only has relations with physical properties of sound waves, such as noise level, sound frequency, but also with people's age, physique, personality , hobbies, education, region, socio-economic conditions and so on. When we use fuzzy combined evaluation method to evaluate the impaction of traffic noise on residents, because fuzzy combined evaluation method consider the objective actual measurement of road traffic noise and the subjective reaction caused by noise comprehensively, can evaluate exhaustively the actual impact of traffic noise on residents, and make the results of evaluation more scientific and rational. |
