Study On Export Trade Risk Warning Mechanism Of Chinese Steel Enterprises

The industry of steel is the foundation of China’s industrial development,while the development of the downstream of steel will also directly affect the national economy,thus showing the importance of the development of this industry.At the same time,since China’s accession to the WTO,the export trade of steel has developed rapidly,the development of domestic steel enterprises and international steel market has also undergone great changes.Some problems in steel export trade also emerge.Among them,the risk of steel export trade,especially the risk of steel enterprises being subjected to international anti-dumping investigation,is particularly serious in recent years.Due to the restriction of anti-dumping risk and related factors,many steel enterprises have faced many development bottlenecks successively,and the overall export of China’s steel industry has been negatively affected.Above,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct risk management research on the risks existing in the export trade of steel enterprises and provide relevant countermeasures to prevent or solve the risk problems.Based on the analysis of the common export risks of Chinese steel enterprises and related causes,this paper expounds the importance of establishing an anti-dumping risk warning mechanism for steel enterprises.The weight of influencing factors of anti-dumping risk is measured by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The alarm interval of the mechanism is divided by the relevant statistical method.Therefore,this paper studies the risk warning mechanism which is suitable for Chinese steel enterprises.According to the research results,the following Suggestions are proposed for Chinese steel enterprises: First,enterprises should give targeted risk management according to the key risk inducements analyzed in this paper,and attach importance to the upgrading of the entire steelindustry and the cooperation and reorganization among enterprises;Secondly,enterprises should popularize the application of anti-dumping early warning mechanism,enrich their own risk monitoring system according to the design of the early warning mechanism,and strengthen the cooperative application with the industry.Third,after early warning of severe trade risks,enterprises should take countermeasures as soon as possible to improve their ability to respond to international anti-dumping investigations.
