Social Work Advocacy In The Study Of Community Garbage Sorting

Garbage is the companion of human production and life,coexisting with human history for a long time.In recent years,with the improvement of the living consumption level of Chinese urban residents and the obvious acceleration of the urbanization process,the total amount of municipal solid waste has shown a surge trend,and the continuous output of a large number of garbage has caused the contradiction between the city and the garbage treatment capacity,garbage storage space."Garbage siege" has become a major problem in ecological governance.Garbage sorting is of great benefit in the present age.Through scientific classification,the garbage can be treated innocuously,which can reduce the cleaning,transportation and landfill of garbage,and reduce the harm of garbage to society.This has greatly promoted the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and is an effective way to realize "beautiful China".At the same time,as the basic living unit of urban residents,community is the foothold of all kinds of affairs and the important starting point of ecological environment management.It solves the problem of community garbage disposal and contributes to the green development of the whole society.In this paper,social work advocacy theory is used to participate in the classification of domestic waste in Y community of F community.According to the objectives of advocacy,the following strategies and strategies are formulated: first,in the early stage of social workers' intervention.On the one hand,through literature analysis,this paper reviews the relevant literature such as community ecological governance,social workers' involvement in waste classification,and domestic research on advocacy theory,on the other hand,through interviews,observations and questionnaires,it analyzes the problems and needs of implementing waste classification in Y communityof F community,and accordingly develops the tasks and process objectives of advocacy intervention.Second,in the implementation stage of the medium-term intervention,using the practice framework of "representative" and "influence" in advocacy theory,combining with social work and community work methods,through a series of operation processes to promote community residents to classify garbage.The third is to summarize the evaluation stage,using the semi-structured interview,observation and evaluation questionnaire,after the completion of the advocacy event,get the corresponding analysis of process evaluation,result evaluation and impact evaluation,and summarize the effectiveness of social workers' intervention.Finally,it reviews the whole case process of advocacy intervention,reflects on how to improve the skills and quality of advocacy,summarizes the framework model of using advocacy theory in community work,and provides the possibility for copying or promoting similar community work advocacy projects in the future.
