| The construction of green industry system is the objective requirement of economic and social development to a certain stage.Facing the increasingly tight constraints of resources and environment,the traditional economic growth mode characterized by extensive development and quantitative expansion has been unsustainable.Xinjiang needs to change its economic development mode,take the road of sustainable development immediately.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,the construction of green industry system in Xinjiang is an important measure to implement the concept of green development,which is helpful to realize the coordinative of economy,ecology and society.It is of great significance to promote Xinjiang’s economic development,improve people’s livelihood,narrow the development gap of regions,and realize national unity and social stability.This paper takes the construction of Xinjiang’s green industry system as the research object,comprehensively uses the theories of industry economics,ecological economics,national economics and other disciplines,discusses and studies the construction of Xinjiang’s green industry system through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,with a view to building a scientific and reasonable green industry system in Xinjiang.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the construction of green industry system in Xinjiang.By systematically combing and commenting on the domestic and foreign literature about green industry,it expounds the relevant theories supporting the construction of green industry system in Xinjiang,defines the concept of green industry,analyzes its connotation and extension,puts forward the characteristics of green industry,and introduces the concept and construction of green industry system Principles,clear the scope of the study,to lay a good theoretical basis for this study.Then,the paper analyzes the background of building green industry system in Xinjiang,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of industrial development in Xinjiang from the aspects of industrial structure,industrial energy consumption and waste discharge,pollution treatment,and concludes the necessity of building green industry system in Xinjiang.Then,the entropy method is used to carry out a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of Xinjiang’s industrial green development level from 2008 to2017.A comprehensive evaluation index system of Xinjiang’s industrial green development level is established,which includes five dimensions of development efficiency,development potential,pollution reduction,government support and social equity.Based on the evaluation results,the paper analyzes in detail the impact of each index layer on the industrial green development.Then,the green industry system of Xinjiang is constructed from the three effective paths of green transformation of traditional industries,cultivation of new green industries and support of technology industries.Finally,the paper puts forward five practical safeguard measures which are helpful to the construction of green industry system in Xinjiang.This paper draws the following conclusions: the green industry system in Xinjiang includes three dimensions: the green transformation of traditional industries,the cultivation of new green industries,andthe support of technology industries.Without any aspect,the green industry system is not perfect and will not work effectively.These three aspects are not absolutely separated.They are mutually reinforcing and reinforcing.The cultivation of new green industry is based on the traditional industry,and the green transformation of traditional industry is driven by technology diffusion,in which technology industry plays an important supporting role. |
