Research On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Green Industry Development In China

Under the background of exploring the mutual promotion of "clear waters and green mountains" and "gold and silver mountains",during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,it was put forward again that strengthening sustainable development,paying attention to ecological civilization construction and speeding up green industrial transformation were the keys to realizing high-quality economic development in China.Therefore,China still needs to strengthen the development of green industry to achieve the largest common divisor of economic development and ecological development.Therefore,for the study of green industry in China,it is particularly critical to accurately measure the development situation of different regions and put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference value for the development of regional green industry and effectively promote the development of green industry.This paper mainly does the following research:(1)Define green industry concept.In this thesis,combining with the current study and "difference" planning will be expressed as: the concept of green industry comprehensively implement green production,green consumption and green economy,green environment,make development based on the efficient use of resources,strictly protect the ecological environment and sustainable development thought,on the basis of overall planning and promotes the development of high quality and high level protection,make industry achieve carbon up to the peak,carbon neutral.(2)To construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for China’s green industry development.Based on the existing academic research results and the concept of sustainable development,guided by the "difference" planning,summarizes the factors affecting the green industry development in our country in detail,from the green production,green consumption and green economy and green environment four system layer,a total of 30 specific indicators,build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of green industry development in our country.(3)Comprehensively evaluate the development of green industry in 30 provinces of China.The grey situation decision model with improved entropy weight is introduced to comprehensively calculate the development index of each province based on the data from 2016 to 2019 of the evaluation index system,and then make regional comparison of each province.The research finds that: The development level of green industry in China is polarized.Provinces with better economic development have better development of green industry,among which Jiangsu,Beijing,Guangdong and Zhejiang have better development of green industry.According to the index size,the green industry can be divided into four categories: excellent,good,medium and poor,and presented in different colors.It can be found that the green industry in coastal areas develops better,the central region is in the upper middle reaches,and the northwest region is relatively backward.(4)Analyze the specific factors affecting the development of green industry in various provinces.Using the sub-constraint model to explore the advantages and disadvantages of regional development,it is found that the "green production" system layer is the key layer that affects the development of China’s green industry.In Jiangsu,Beijing,Zhejiang and other regions with better green industry development,all the four system layers have obvious advantages.Green production,consumption and green economy are the dominant systems in northwest China.
