Coordination Development Of Urbanization And Ecological Environment In Hu-Bao-E-Yu Urban Agglomeration

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,meeting the major national needs appeal to build an ecological security barrier in northern China,build a great green wall,and realize ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.The Hu-Bao-E-Yu urban agglomeration is the most important urban agglomeration in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin.It is important for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.It is important to build an important ecological security barrier in northern China.At the beginning of the 21 st century,the large-scale energy development and utilization of the Hu-Bao-e-Yu urban agglomeration promoted rapid urbanization and economic development,but it also severely damaged the fragile ecological environment.Grassland desertification,excessive water quality in the Yellow River,and serious industrial pollution are among the most urgent ecological and environmental problems.These urge to be resolved.Realizing the coupling and harmonious development of urbanization and ecological environment is important to solve these problems.What is the coupling mechanism between urbanization and ecological environment? How to realize the dynamic coupling of urbanization and ecological environment? How to explore the mode and path of coupled and coordinated development? It is a realistic subject worth studying.This paper uses the environmental Kuznets reverse curve,P-S-R frame model,and sustainable development theory as the theoretical support for the study.Analyzes the coupling mechanism between urbanization and ecological environment,and uses statistical analysis methods to quantitatively analyze the tow in the Hu-Bao-E-Yu Urban Agglomeration,and then discusses the ecological and environmental effects caused by urbanization.This paper established the evaluation index system about urbanization and ecological environment,and used the comprehensive evaluation model and coupling coordination model to analyze the changing trend of the coupling coordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment.Research shows that: During the study period,the coupling degree and coordination degree between the urbanization and the ecological environment of the Hu-Bao-E-Yu Urban Agglomeration have generally increased,but the level of coupling and coordination between the two is low,which are still in the antagonistic phase.Urbanization has a coercive effect on the ecological environment,and the restrictive effect of the ecological environment on urbanization is gradually emerging.The current stage is the bottleneck and critical period for the coordinated development of the urbanization and ecological environment of the HuBao-E-Yu Urban Agglomeration from the antagonistic phase to the run-in phase.In order to achieve a positive coupling,the Hu-Bao-E-Yu Urban Agglomeration should be guided by the concept of "Landscape,Forest,Lake,Grass and Sand Life Community" to improve the ecological environment,build an ecological economic system with industrial ecology and ecological industrialization as the main body,take the Yellow River water governance as the core to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment,and promote the green development of urban and rural areas with the goal of ecological urban agglomeration.So as to jointly promote the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment of the Hu-Bao-E-Yu Urban Agglomeration.
