| In recent years,analysis of coordinated development between urbanization and eco-environment has gradually become a hot issue,China is experiencing the accelerating urbanization now,however,the rate of urbanization was still far lower than that of developed countries in Europe and America,with the development of science and technology,the residents living standards is improving gradually,more and more attention has been paid to the problems about ecological environment,residents also had further requirements for their living environment condition,however,China’s current ecological deficit is gradually expanding,how to further improve the existing environmental conditions while maintaining development speed steadily has become a big problem we are facing.In this case,to realize the coordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment is an effective way to solve the current ecological crisis.This article was based on the development demand of middle Jilin urban agglomeration,carrying out a series of studies to realize the optimization and coordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment,combining the domestic and foreign related studies,based on the statistical data from 2005 to 2014,constructed index system according to the availability of data and the previous experience,the index system was established from aspects of urbanization and ecological environment,finally,the urbanization system was composed of 14 indicators,and the ecological environment system consisted of 9 indicators,entropy method was used to determine the weight of index system,then calculated urbanization score and eco-environmental score according to the relevant mathematical model,evaluated the level of urbanization from 4 aspects of population urbanization,economic urbanization,life urbanization and spatial urbanization,we also constructed a gravity model to analyze the interaction of urbanization within the urban agglomeration in order to make a comprehensive analysis of the city’s functional positioning according to the links between the cities in the future.In the light of ecological environment,we evaluated the level of ecological environment from 3 aspects of ecological condition,the pressure of ecological environment and the treatment of ecological environment.Finally,computed the coordination degree between urbanization and ecological environment of this area by building model,carried out reasonable classification and visualize the result of calculation by GIS technology in order to analyze the changing trend in time and space.The result shows that:(1)the urbanization level of Changchun,Jilin and Songyuan were relatively higher than that of the other two cities,by the time of 2014,the urbanization scores have reached higher more than 0.78,while Liaoyuan city and Siping city were slightly behind,in 2014,the urbanization score was only about 0.5.at the same time,economically developed areas wins in 4 aspects of population urbanization,economic urbanization,life urbanization and spatial urbanization,the interaction between Changchun,Jilin,Siping and Liaoyuan was more stable,Changchun and Jilin have obvious radiation force to the surrounding cities.(2)During the study period,the ecological environment of all cities has been significantly improved,In 2014,the ecological environment scores in the study area were above 0.73,which was obviously higher compared with the initial research,but the ecological environment was still unstable,at the same time,The ecological environment pressure in Changchun and Jilin was relatively higher,Changchun has the greatest potency dimension to control industrial pollution,so we can see: the ecological environment of the developed areas is under greater pressure,but the governance is relatively higher.(3)We can see from the results,there is a well coordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment,Changchun has the highest level of coordinated development,by the time of 2014,it has reached 0.94,then Jilin,Songyuan,Siping,Liaoyuan.From the general level,the coordinated development of the whole research area has reached more than 0.5 in 2006.in 2014,the coordinated development degree was 0.87,and it was in an excellent coordination state,however,the level of urbanization lags behind the level of ecological environment,the ecological environment score of the whole study area was 0.84,which is at a higher level,while the urbanization value was only 0.71,although the trend of development in urban agglomerations of middle Jilin province is good,we also need to increase investment in economic development efforts while maintaining the ecological environment statement. |
