| Nowadays, great achievements have been made in the development of the world economy, but the global warming,as well as the haze weather in China, all show that resources, energy and environment play an increasingly important role in restricting economic growth.Under the background of world economic globalization and regional economic integration, the depletion of resources and energy and environmental pollution have become common problems all over the world.Based on this,it is urgent to evaluate the economic growth mode of the main countries that consumed the energy resources in the world and promote the transformation of their economic growth mode.Based on the perspective of carbon productivity, the contribution rate of carbon emissions to economic growth is drawn from small to large according to the contribution rate of carbon emissions to economic growth. It is divided into six types: low carbon type III,low carbon type Ⅱ,low carbon type Ⅰ,high carbon type Ⅱ,high carbon type III,and so on.According to the contribution rate of carbon emissions and carbon productivity to economic growth, this paper evaluates the economic growth mode of the major countries that consumed the energy resources in the world, and judges the low carbon degree of their economic growth so that provide guidance for the transformation of global economic growth from extensive to intensive, and promote the sustainable growth of the global economy.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic growth has made remarkable achievements, but accompanied by economic growth is the consumption of resources and energy, environmental pollution.Although from 2010 to2017,China’s economic growth mode is low-carbon type II,there is still a big gap with the low-carbon level of economic growth of the Group of eight(G-8).Therefore,it is of great practical significance to evaluate and analyze the economic growth mode of the major industrial countries in the world from the perspective of carbon emissions, and to provide reference for the transformation of China’s economic growth mode to low carbon. From the perspective of carbon productivity, this paper measures the low carbon level of economic growth mode through the contribution rate of carbon emissions to economic growth and the contribution rate of carbon productivity to economic growth. This paperanalyzes the mode of economic growth, the growth rate of carbon emissions, carbon productivity, the growth rate of carbon emissions and the growth rate of carbon and carbon productivity, and the contribution rate of carbon emissions and carbon productivity to economic growth in the major countries consumed the energy resources in the world. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the economic growth mode of these countries from extensive to intensive, and the transformation from high carbon to low carbon. This paper is divided into the following parts:The first part, the contribution rate of carbon emissions to economic growth and the contribution rate of carbon productivity to economic growth are measured, and this part theoretically explains the main factors causing economic growth. The contribution rate of carbon emissions to economic growth and the contribution rate of carbon productivity to economic growth are derived. The second part, mainly empirical analysis, selects the relevant indicators of the major industrial countries in the world, and obtains the carbon productivity, the contribution rate of carbon productivity to economic growth, the contribution rate of carbon emissions to economic growth, and the contribution rate of carbon emissions to economic growth.Further detailed analysis is carried out to analyze the trend of time and space. The level and difference of high quality growth in major industrial countries,as well as the factors that promote the improvement of high quality growth level in major industrial countries in the world. In the last part of this paper, through the analysis of the growth mode of the major industrial countries in the world, the main conclusions are drawn: it is reasonable to use the contribution rate of carbon productivity and carbon emissions to economic growth to evaluate the economic growth mode of the major countries that consumed the energy resources in the world.North America,Central and South America,Europe,CIS countries,Middle East countries,Africa and the Asia-Pacific region have great differences in the mode of economic growth, and the links between the regions are not too close, which may be a restriction on Asia and Africa.Transformation of Economic growth in Central and South American countries.Industrial structure, energy structure, technology and lifestyle have a significant impact on the mode of economic growth of the major countries that consumed the energy resources in the world, and on this basis, the economic growth mode of the Group ofTwenty(G-20)and China is analyzed.Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to change the mode of economic growth, improve the quality of economic growth and promote countries to improve the level of low carbonation. |
