In recent years,as the global environment and climate change,the contradiction between supply and demand of traditional energy sources such as coal and oil has increased.Although coal will be one of the main energy sources in China in the future due to its economical and affordable characteristics,the coal market is more complicated.Changes,market saturation and fierce competition.In order to adapt to the market environment under the new normal,domestic coal-based enterprises will become the top priority to improve their core competitiveness.Among many enterprise management methods,performance assessment,as one of the core functions of human resource management,is an important tool to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.It can objectively and fairly evaluate the contribution of employees to the enterprise to stimulate employee vitality,develop employee potential,attract foreign talents and jointly achieve corporate strategic goals.As a traditional coal-based state-owned enterprise,MT company faces common problems of similar enterprises,a large talent demand gap and a serious brain drain.This requires companies to improve their management capabilities as soon as possible.How to establish a scientific,complete and effective performance evaluation system is MT company's current One of the major problems facing.This article is based on the research foundation of performance appraisal theory and takes MT company as the research object.First,through a questionnaire survey of grassroots employees and interviews with leaders,a statistical analysis of the current performance evaluation system of the company's grassroots employees was conducted,and problems in the system were found,and the causes of the problems were analyzed to optimize the current performance evaluation system on this basis.To establish a scientific,convenient and effective performance evaluation system that fits the reality of MT company,so that performance evaluation can play its due role.In the process of optimizing the performance evaluation system of MT company,the goal management method and the balanced scorecard method were used to decompose the MT company's strategic development goals,and the key performance indicator method was used to redesign the evaluation indicators under the premise of company strategy.,Solve the main problems in the current performance evaluation system,at the same time adjust and supplement the evaluation process system,improve the application of evaluation results,sort out the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the plan,hoping to improve the core competitiveness of MT companies,while at the same time The performance appraisal of grassroots employees of other similar enterprises plays a reference role.
