With the changes in market environment and economy,coal companies have experienced a tense situation after the first decade of gold development.Although coal prices have picked up slightly in the second half of 2017,coal companies are still weaker in their ability to withstand coal price fluctuations in the long run.The production and operation of coal enterprises still face difficulties and challenges.The economic benefits of traditional coal enterprises have been reduced,and even many companies have suffered losses.This has led to further cost control problems.Therefore,coal companies must pay attention to cost management.Through sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literatures,it is found that many scholars use the idea of balanced scorecards to construct index systems when evaluating cost performance management.Combining the advantage analysis of balanced scorecards compared to traditional evaluation methods,the concept of balanced scorecards will be used.This paper introduces the construction of cost management performance evaluation index system for coal enterprises,and selects indicators from the four dimensions of finance;customers,internal processes,and learning and growth.Distribute survey questionnaires to experts in the coal industry and average the’ scores of the indicators scored by the experts.Select indicators with scores>17 to obtain financial dimension indicators including net cash flow,unit production cost,and return on net assets;customer dimension indicators include Customer Satisfaction,Commodity Coal Quality Qualification Rate,Market Share;Internal Process Dimensions Indicators include per capita ergonomics,yield,and safety accident rate;learning growth dimension indicators include key skills training,employee satisfaction,and are eligible for cost management performance evaluation of coal companies.Indicator system.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to divide the index system into three levels:target layer,criterion layer,and index layer,and determine the weight of each index.Then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the cost management performance.Finally,using the constructed model to evaluate the cost management performance of A coal enterprises,according to the fuzzy judgment matrix,according to the principle of maximum membership to draw conclusions.A.The cost management level of coal enterprises is medium,and the main constraint is that A coal companies do not have the same results in terms of financial work,the net cash flow is small,the unit production cost is high,and the return rate of net assets is low,that is,the profitability of the company is poor..A coal companies did not do enough in customer maintenance.The qualified rate of commercial coal is not high,which results in poor customer satisfaction and reduced market share.In this conclusion,the company proposes further development.First,to further strengthen and improve the cost management system.Second,while carrying out cost management,we must strengthen the management of coal quality and improve product quality.Enterprises can actively improve the evaluation results,improve the level of cost management,thereby enhancing competitiveness.The evaluation model constructed in this paper can scientifically evaluate the performance of A coal enterprise’s cost management,and can provide a basis for A coal company managers to improve,and it has certain guidance and reference for enterprises.Under the influence of market demand,the price of coal has declined,the production and operation of coal enterprises are facing difficulties and challenges,the economic benefits of traditional coal enterprises are reduced,and even many enterprises have lost the phenomenon of loss,which makes the cost control problem further apparent.Therefore,how to improve the level of cost management and increase the efficiency of enterprises has become a problem that China’s coal enterprises need to solve.
