Research On The Management Of Domestic Waste Disposal In Xiong’an New District

Since the founding of People’s Republic of China,especially since China starting to implement the reform and opening up policy,Chinese society has developed by leaps and bounds.With the continuous improvement of human living standards,people’s needs for material life are becoming more and more diverse.However,a large amount of garbage is produced in this process,which caused environmental pollution problems.The problem is not only specific to China,but also a worldwide concern,which makes the disposal of domestic garbage more and more important.Human beings can’t not be neglect this problem.By 2017,202 large and medium-sized cities in China has issued that their annual total domestic waste production reached 219.044 million tons,and maintained at a high growth rate.In the process of garbage disposal,garbage classification is very important.China has also explored this issue for quite a long time,but it has not formed a very practical system,and it has not achieved the expected effect.At present,most of the disposal of domestic garbage in China is collected by means of mixed collection,or collected in a timely manner,and mixed together during transportation.This obviously reflects that our country has encountered great difficulties in the process of garbage disposal: First,there is no institutionalized operation of domestic waste classification,there is still a lack of waste classification policy formulation,and the classification implementation effect is poor;second,the waste disposal capacity is still low,and the garbage disposal method needs to be optimized;third,a lot of waste exist in the garbage disposal process,and many resources that can be recycled are not used.Xiong’an New District is an "experimental field" for China’s reform in the new era.In its early stage,due to various reasons,the infrastructure of Xiong’an New District,especially the garbage disposal infrastructure of Xiong’an New District,is still far lag behind international cities.Before the establishment of Xiong’an New District,the waste treatment infrastructure was mainly built or transformed by the input of central and local financial funds.On the one hand,the amount of funds was relatively small and the waste disposal infrastructure was weak.On the other hand there was no market operation,and the efficiency of garbage disposal is quite poor.Xiong’an New District is also facing the situation of ―garbage siege‖.This paper analyzes and studies the current production and types of domestic garbage,disposal measures,infrastructure conditions and management system in Xiong’an New District,and analyzes the current garbage disposal work in Xiong’an New District.The urban garbage disposal method proposes a disposal mode and method suitable for Xiong’an New District.It points out the shortcomings of the current garbage disposal work in Xiong’an New District,such as slow progress in waste sorting,shortage of waste disposal funds,slightly backward garbage disposal technology,and how to improve government waste disposal management system and propose effective countermeasures.Based on the research,this paper finally puts forward suggestions and measures for the disposal of domestic garbage in Xiong’an New District,thus providing reference for the future domestic garbage management work in Xiong’an New District,and providing experience on waste disposal work for other development-oriented cities.
