environment and social stability,city garbage disposal to promote the city’s sustainable development is of great significance.Then,China began to actively promote the classification and evaluation criteria for domestic waste,and made remarkable progress.In March 2017,the general office of the State Council of the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of housing and urban construction jointly developed the" garbage classification system implementation plan",officially opened the prelude to the life of mandatory garbage classification ".According to the scheme,there are now 10 cities in ten provinces and autonomous regions as the first demonstration.They should be fully implemented in the municipalities directly under the central government,the provincial capital cities and the planned single cities by the end of 2020.From the classification to encourage voluntary mandatory,not only reflects the government to solve the problem of waste China for attention and resolve the problem,but also highlights the tremendous social and economic impact of waste and waste handling problems and properly resolve the urgency.From the present stage our country to formulate and sustainable development point of view,the garbage disposal link with the macroeconomic in-depth study,so as to provide policy suggestions to continuously improve the level of waste disposal it is an important research topic,it has very important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper focus on China’s waste treatment and basic background and main problems since 1990s,especially the waste disposal and waste disposal costs,as well as for the relationship between the environment and the macroeconomic operation,in-depth analysis and discussion,combined with the waste treatment status at this stage are proposed to improve some policy suggestions to the processing level.Specifically,the main contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:First is the source,characteristics and structure of garbage in our country.To study the relationship between garbage disposal and Macroeconomic Operations and sustainable development,we must first understand how garbage is produced,as well as the amount of waste and the main impact on the environment.Therefore,this part of the study is obviously the basis of the whole study.The source of waste concern,based on the research perspective of this paper we focus on the relationship between industrial development and the product price and the amount of waste,and the characteristics and structure of waste is mainly focus on the relationship between environment and sustainable development.Of course,this article is not the most complete summary of the sources and characteristics of garbage,which is not only related to the research angle of view,but also to the complexity and dynamics of the waste itself;The second is the garbage disposal method and cost research in our country at the present stage.Here actually includes three aspects,namely,garbage disposal and general cost,China’s current waste disposal methods and cost,and is expected to get garbage disposal after adjustment and improvement and management based on analysis of intention lies mainly in the economic cost of comprehensive analysis and summary of the main treatment faced by the analysis of the relationship between and garbage disposal and the macro economy for the sustainable development and lay the foundation.The author thinks that,according to the continuous changes of economic and social development and situation,and between.In the waste disposal and environmental protection,this paper is mainly based on the current situation of environmental protection in our country,through the principal component analysis method to select factors,and empirical test to determine the specific impact of garbage disposal on environmental protection;in the relationship between waste disposal and sustainable development,is mainly to sort out the existing waste disposal policy mainly,and discuss the various policies and measures of sustainable development direction and requirements,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the following policy recommendations;The Fourth is the macroscopic economic effect of garbage disposal in our country.In the whole world,garbage disposal has gradually become an industry,in addition to waste treatment technology itself and the related control policy,garbage disposal is often affected by various factors from the market,but also have an important impact cannot text.The fifth is the analysis of the relationship between the environmental protection and treatment of environmental emergencies.This part takes the financial environmental protection expenditure and environmental emergencies as the research object.Through the analysis of provincial panel data from 2007 to 2019,it is found that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between China’s financial environmental protection expenditure and the governance of environmental emergencies.In the panel cointegration model with"number of environmental emergencies" and "direct economic loss of environmental emergencies" as explanatory variables,the estimated elastic coefficient of fiscal environmental protection expenditure in each region is obtained,and the positive effect of fiscal environmental protection expenditure on improving the governance of environmental emergencies in most regions is verified.At the same time,combined with the parameter estimation of the error correction model,this paper finally tests the Granger causality between the financial environmental protection expenditure and the treatment of environmental emergencies.The results show that the financial environmental protection expenditure is the Granger cause of the treatment of environmental emergencies,while the treatment of environmental emergencies is not the Granger cause of the financial environmental protection expenditure.This not only provides a fuller explanation for the governance results achieved in the past,but also provides fuller empirical evidence for continuously increasing the government’s financial investment in environmental protection to further improve the governance level.The sixth is to improve the level of garbage treatment measures at this environmental quality and the macroeconomic state variable selection and characterization,the"environmental Kuznets curve" of the existing verification and analysis,not only in the analysis of contents and results form the necessary supplement to the related research,analysis of the development trend but also to waste,develop and provide beneficial support and implementation of garbage disposal policy;In the two study methods and procedures,the factor is extracted by using the principal component analysis method,and use the vector autoregressive(VAR)model for the empirical test,not only make full use of the statistical data provided by the existing information,and macro linkages between various aspects based on the test of the relationship between waste disposal,environmental quality and economic development.These two methods are not the latest and the most advanced,but as far as their characteristics are concerned,the application of this research is not only reasonable
