William James,a professor of Harvard University,has found that the ability of the staff in general department can only perform 20%-30%.If measures can be taken to give them sufficient incentive,their working ability can play 3 or 4 times more than before.In the human resource management of the whole enterprise,incentive is in the core position,which is closely related to the establishment of the salary system and personal development planning system.In view of this,to carry out in-depth and continuous analysis of the enterprise incentive system is inseparable to promote the longterm sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes the state-owned enterprise J,which produces cement,as the main research object.Through the investing the status of its talent incentive mechanism,the paper analyzes the the existing talent incentive measures of the enterprise,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the existing talent incentive mechanism in enterprise J and further obtains the causes of the problems.Based on the incentive theory and the present situation of the talent incentive in the state-owned enterprises,and drawing lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign enterprises,this paper optimizes the talent incentive mechanism in enterprise J,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,which provide scientific basis and beneficial reference for enterprises to make good use of all kinds of talents.
