With the rapid development and social progress,sectors of society has entered a stage of rapid development and talent has become an important factor in determining its progress and development.In recent years,people mastering the advanced skills is lack seriously with continuous improvement and rapid development of oil companies.Not only the lack of skilled personnel will create china's oil production and operation of enterprises short board,but also is not good to reform and improve the system of oil companies,thereby affecting the profits and earnings of oil companies and restricting the development of the growth of oil companies.At present,in addition to the lack of skilled personnel,there is also the problem that talent structure is unreasonable and the overall quality of talent is not high in china's oil companies.How to implement the reserve of skilled talent strategy for the sustainable development of the oil companies to provide a solid,reliable intellectual support and personnel security has become an important research direction.Combined with the specific circumstances of first oil production plant of Xinjiang,through the study and research of the current ideas of the reserve of talent,methods and research results,the necessity,the current situation and the problem in reserve of skilled talent have been comparative-deeply analysed in first oil production plant.In the course of the study from the preparation of the reserve of skilled talent program,expanding and trainingthe team of the reserve of skilled talent,the assessment of the reserve of skilled talent with four aspects describing some of the major current methods and technical skills in the reserve of skilled talent.With the center of the reserve of skilled strategy proposing skilled talent strategy to increase skilled training,accelerate the pace build evaluation system,improve the quality of personnel,build skills platform,open up the channel of growth for the main task around first oil production plant.At the same time,we propose the implementation of the reserve of skilled talent policy needs to be strengthened by leaders,forming organizational security,highlighting the cultural guide and enhance the development of soft power,as well as building performance-oriented reform pay mechanisms safeguards.
