With the continuous development of China's reform and opening up,the chemical industry ushered in the spring of development.In the process of market development,most chemical enterprises have noticed that only by actively expanding the international market and participating in the competition in the international market,can they better meet the requirements of enterprise strategic development.Under this thinking concept,more and more enterprises have stepped up the pace of entering the international market.However,there is a big difference between the international market and the domestic market.On the one hand,it requires a high level of business management.On the other hand,the high degree of openness of the international market also makes enterprises face more competitive pressure.Therefore,for enterprises,in order to successfully respond to the international market competition,we must build the international strategy needed by their own competitive development,so as to obtain a better development prospect for enterprises in the development of the international market.Therefore,in this context,if dye enterprises want to achieve their strategic goals,they need to be brave to enter the international market.Since the 1990 s,China's dye industry has developed rapidly,but most dye manufacturers are not strong in scale and strength.Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co.,Ltd.is one of the leading enterprises in China's dye industry,with a considerable number of sales entities and service customers in the world.Under the background of globalization in China,Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co.,Ltd.has made some achievements in the international market,but the internationalization process is very slow,and the company's internationalization strategy lacks clear planning.In the face of such a situation,it is necessary to carry out in-depth discussion on the internationalization strategy of Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co.,Ltd.,so that thecompany can have a better position its products,international and domestic markets around the strategic development plan,so as to help the enterprise management to adjust its current internationalization development strategy in a timely manner.This paper mainly takes Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,explores and analyzes its international development strategy,and studies and analyzes the internationalization strategy of Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co.,Ltd.through literature research and case analysis.Through a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and prospects of the development of the dye industry,pest and SWOT are used to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the external macro environment and the internal environment of Zhejiang Longsheng.Combined with the actual situation of Zhejiang Longsheng,it is proposed that Zhejiang Longsheng's international development should be strengthened in terms of technology,production and other resources,with the international strategy as the center Based on the in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment,we adjust our strategy to promote our competitiveness in the international market.Establish a professional talent team to promote the company's operation and management level.The national development strategy of Zhejiang Longsheng should be guided by the growth strategy and the multinational center strategy.Finally,the strategy should be implemented from five aspects: improving product popularity,expanding international market share,enriching financing channels,improving financing capacity,strengthening personnel training and focusing on risk prevention and control.
