| Integrity evaluation is one of the key links of pipeline integrity management.In August2016,GE PII,the inspection service provider,completed the internal magnetic flux leakage inspection of the Taiqingwei Tai’an-Linqu section of the natural gas pipeline,and completed the geometrical inspection of the section in August of the next year;In November 2016,the first internal magnetic flux leakage inspection of the Taiqingwei Linqu-Qingdao natural gas pipeline was completed,and in May 2017,the second internal magnetic flux leakage inspection and geometric inspection of the segment were completed.In December 2016 and November 2017,the Pipeline Integrity Management Center sorted out the magnetic flux leakage inspection data of Taiqingwei Tai’an-Linqu section and the magnetic flux leakage inspection data of LinquQingdao section.Based on the results of internal inspection,this article will evaluate the integrity of Taiqingwei Tai’an-Qingdao section pipeline,and propose targeted maintenance and repair,re-inspection plan and safe operation recommendations.The evaluation in this article is based on the principles of science and fairness,in accordance with the national standard GB 32167-2015 "Code for the Management of the Integrity of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipelines",and the China Petroleum Corporation Standard Q / SY 1180.4-2015 "The Code for the Management of Integrity of Pipelines,Part 4:Pipeline Integrity Evaluation " and Pipeline Company Technical Manual Q / SY GD1087-2015 "Pipeline Defect Evaluation Manual ".The evaluation methods adopted for different defects are from related standards or published technical documents.Considering the existence of uncertainties in defect detection,material performance,load and other factors,the evaluation results of this study may differ from the actual situation.In the application process,it is necessary to modify and evaluate according to the actual situation of excavation verification and repair The results are for reference only. |
