Vulnerability Assessment Method And Countermeasure Research Of Overseas Drilling Well Control Supervision Of Petro China

In the petroleum industry,drilling is a key step to open the path between oil and gas reservoirs and the ground.Well control supervision is an important guarantee for its smooth implementation.Enhancing the effect of drilling well control supervision has practical significance for ensuring oil and gas production.Petro China has been going abroad since 1990 s,and with the gradual development of drilling well control supervision,it needs to be further strengthened.However,due to the differences of domestic and foreign environment and owner's requirements,there are some differences in oversea drilling well control supervision work in China.Based on the concept of vulnerability and vulnerability evaluation method,this thesis establishes a vulnerability evaluation index system for overseas drilling well control supervision of Petro China,and puts forward the promotion countermeasures for overseas drilling well control supervision of Petro China.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the study of the concept of vulnerability in various fields,the characteristics of the concept of vulnerability are obtained;the vulnerability evaluation methods are studied to clarify the characteristics of each method,and the relationship between system vulnerability and disturbance is analyzed through the study of vulnerability model,so as to lay a good foundation for the next research.(2)Combining with various problems in the process of well control supervision,the main points in the process of well control supervision are analyzed,and the particularity of overseas well control supervision is analyzed on this basis.Combining it with the characteristics of vulnerability concept,the concept of vulnerability of drilling well control supervision is put forward.(3)Through the analysis of the key points of overseas drilling well control supervision,combined with vulnerability evaluation method,the vulnerability evaluation index system of overseas drilling well control supervision of Petro China is established,and five first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators are formed.On this basis,the weights of each index are determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation index system for vulnerability analysis of overseas drilling well control of Petro China is established.The drilling site of a team from the Comprehensive Projects Department of Country A in Africa is selected as an example to be applied,and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.(4)An evaluation index system has been formed,and countermeasures have been put forward from five aspects: personnel,equipment,rules and regulations,environment and social security,in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the scientific and operational supervision.
