| As an important part of engineering construction,hollow bricks are more and more widely used in the filling walls of various industrial and civil buildings.At present,when domestic small and medium-sized hollow brick manufacturers carry out hollow brick loading,most of them rely on manual handling and loading,which results in low loading efficiency.With increasing labor costs,this approach is clearly lagging behind.In order to realize the automatic handling and loading of hollow bricks,this paper designs a set of hollow brick loading system based on virtual prototype technology.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the transportation materials and transportation site,determine the design ideas and technical parameters,and complete the overall design and planning of the hollow brick transportation system.Combined with the actual loading process of hollow bricks,the equipment composition and operating principle of the hollow brick conveying system were determined.(2)For each conveying equipment in the concrete block conveying system,through the design calculation method,functional analysis method and TRIZ technical contradiction resolution principle,the mechanical structure design of each conveying equipment in the conveying system is completed,and based on Solidworks digital modeling software,complete each equipment Modeling of the structure and calculating the quality attributes of key components to prepare for the static analysis of key structures later.(3)Based on the Ansys Workbench finite element analysis platform,the static structure of the key structure of the conveying equipment in the concrete block conveying system is analyzed under different working conditions to obtain the deformation and stress distribution of the structure,thereby analyzing whether its structural strength and stiffness meet the requirements of use.(4)Based on the Ansys Workbench finite element analysis platform,the key structure of the conveying equipment in the concrete block conveying system is dynamically analyzed under different working conditions,and the vibration characteristics of the key structure under different working conditions are obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for avoiding resonance.(5)Based on the ADAMS simulation platform,the chain transmission system of each conveying equipment in the concrete block conveying system is dynamically simulated to obtain the chain’s fluctuation displacement~time history curve,sprocket impact force~time history curve,and driven wheel angular velocity~time history curve and analysis of results under the influence of the polygon effect.The concrete block conveying system can reduce the loading efficiency of concrete blocks,reduce labor costs,and provide a theoretical and practical basis for the automatic conveying and loading of concrete blocks.At the same time,the conveying system can also be applied to the handling,conveying and loading of other materials of the same type.There are 54 figures,13 tables and 99 references in this paper. |
