The Integrity Design And Dynamic Simulation Analysis Of Crank Pumping Unit

Pumping unit is not only the important tool for oil-field production,but also is the national energy production equipment,the important guarantee.But the existing pumping stroke in the general pumping unit could not be changed while the stroke of the wells and the red number is varied.Therefore,when a well cut,the wellhead equipment was often abandoned for the same oilfield,resulting a great waste.Thus,the development of new variable-stroke pumping unit pumping in recent years become a hot research and development.Crank pumping unit is a new adjustable stroke pumping unit of new long-stroke.Based on the master principle of the crank pumping unit,the overall of the structral design and part of the details was done in this article.At the same time,the overall simulation of kinematics and dynamics of the unit and the Ansys checking of the part which is difficult to calculate was carried out.In the end,the firsthand information was abtained.
