Based On The Research And Analysis Of The Chain Driving Dynamics Of ADAMS Scraper

China is one of the most abundant coal resources in the world.It not only has a wide range of reserves,but also has a good variety of coal quality.With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing industry,and the high demand of the people for the machining precision and the production efficiency,the design of coal mining mechanization production required for the production and processing equipment and some auxiliary transportation equipment also put forward higher requirements.Scraper conveyor of fully mechanized mining equipment as the most important equipment of coal transportation plays an important role,it is used as a traction member endless cycle of movement scraper chain,motor drive sprocket nose or the tail to provide the driving force,conveyor scraper chain conveyor for coal in continuous multi section armored open tank.Therefore,the scraper chain transmission system is the most important part of the scraper conveyor,and its motion characteristics directly affect the transmission capacity and work efficiency of the scraper conveyor.This paper is based on the kinematics and dynamics of chain drive system,the analysis and calculation of scraper conveyor working load;solid model using SolidWorks software to establish the mine scraper chain;dynamics model into the ADAMS software,and to determine the material attributes,constraints and boundary conditions,the inherent characteristics analysis of scraper conveyor chain drive system.Study on chain drive lateral vibration,longitudinal vibration caused by the scraper conveyor chain jump,and card chain to produce abnormal working conditions and broken chains phenomenon;finite element analysis model of the machine,which can provide reference for dynamic analysis and design for mechanical transmission device in the production practice,so as to improve the scraper conveyer the performance and efficiency.In this paper,the research on the static and dynamic characteristics of the scraper conveyor chain transmission system can provide an effective reference for the design and development of other chain feeder.In this paper,the research and analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the scraper conveyor chain transmission system can provide an effective reference for the design and development of other chain feeder.
