| Monorail is the core equipment of coal mine auxiliary transportation and the drive system is the main working parts of the monorail. Monorail drived by electric motor is rare, therefore, research on dynamics of electric traction monorail drive system is significance for filling the research gap of electric traction monorail, improving the drive performance of electric traction monorail and achieving the safty and efficient development of coal auxiliary transport. In this dissertation, the dynamic characteristics of electric traction monorail drive system have been researched based on optimization design theory, finite element analysis and dynamics of rail vehicle.Based on the basic theory of optimization design, simplify the gear transmission of electric traction monorail drive system appropriately, and use the Fmincon function in MATLAB to optimize the design, using Modal and Transient module of ANSYS/Workbench to analysis the transmission before and after optimization, to get the frequencies and mode shapes as well as the stress distribution of transmission system during meshing process. The results showed that the optimized transmission gear reduces the volume while increasing carrying capacity, which indicates the optimize effect is obvious and have a reference value on the actual production.Dynamic behavior monorail drive system has been explored based on the basic theory of rail vehicle dynamics, combined with the particularity of electric traction monorail working environment and operation mode. The factors which influencing the stability of the vehicle obtained through equivalent simplifying various wheel effect of monorail in dynamic analysis and establishing the model of electrical traction monorail drive system on the straight line and curves. Analysis obtained that using larger clamping force and the wheel with greater stiffness is in favor of increasing the stability of the system, which provide a theoretical basis for subsequent experimental and simulation study.Based the method of establishing monorail drive system simplified model, the model of electrical traction monorail drive system using Pro/E is established, and the dynamic simulation of gear transmission and the whole drive system is carried out by ADAMS respectively to control the load, clamping force, mode input speed, and orbital parameters,which can obtain the variation of various working parameters e.g variation acceleration, input torque, start-up time about electrical traction monorail drive system, providing guidance for further monorail design and operating parameters of the selected track.Based on the DC120/80 Y diesel traction monorail and its test platform produced by Shandong Energy reload Luzhong Equipment Manufacturing Ltd., serval experiments are conducted in different types of monorail tracks, clamping forces and load conditions and compared with the dynamic simulation to verify the correctness of the monorail drive system simplified model which provides experimental basis for further simulation research of electric traction monorail drive system. |
