In the increasingly complex chemical process system,if a fault occurs at a certain point,it is likely to cause the spread of the fault,thus causing the cascade fault propagation problem in the chemical process system.It is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of chemical production process to find out the risk propagation path of cascade faults in chemical process and conduct fault propagation analysis.Therefore,the complex network model of chemical process system is established based on complex network theory,and the cascade fault propagation in chemical process is studied from the network topology structure.Firstly,the adjacency matrix of chemical process system network is determined according to the graph theory of complex network,and the complex network model of chemical process system is established.TOPSIS algorithm,node importance evaluation matrix and DIL algorithm based on the contribution of link importance are used to evaluate the importance of nodes in chemical process system network.Secondly,according to the load distribution rules of nodes in complex networks,the fault probability of nodes is solved,and the fault propagation ability of nodes is quantitatively defined by DCB method.The fault propagation probability of nodes is defined by combining the fault probability and fault propagation ability of nodes,so as to analyze the fault propagation of variables and devices in chemical process system.Finally,based on the theory of side load distribution in complex networks,a cascade fault model in chemical process is proposed,and the cascade fault propagation caused by faults of nodes with higher importance in the system is studied.The ant colony algorithm is used to solve the maximum risk propagation path when the node with high importance is intentionally attacked.The cascade failure probability of the risk propagation path is solved according to the side load distribution rule.The cascade failure propagation probability is defined by combining it with the fault propagation ability of the risk propagation path.The cascade failure propagation analysis of the risk propagation path in the chemical process is carried out.Case analysis shows that the proposed method can not only accurately find the links that are prone to failure in the whole chemical production system,but also accurately find the maximum risk propagation path and the probability of failure propagation after the failure occurs.It can provide a certain theory for risk assessment and failure prevention in chemical process system.Basis and decision support.
