The Selection Optimization Of Alkaline Desulfurization Project For CJ Company

Project programme selection is an essential process before the implementation of a company's project.How to select the project programme scientifically,rationally and efficiently will directly affect the implementation effect of the project.CJ Company has various problems such as unclear Selection process and standards in the design and selection of alkali slag desulfurization project,which leads to difficult selection project programme,losing the function of reasonable project management decision and obstructing the process improvement of enterprise project management level.Under the guidance of the construction of project evaluation index system,this thesis uses literature research,questionnaire survey and fuzzy triangular analytic hierarchy process to optimize the selection procedure and evaluation index system of CJ Company's alkali slag desulfurization project.First of all,the research foundation of project selection optimization is combed through the literature research method.Secondly,using the interview method to analyze the project selection status of the CJ company to pick up the desulfurization project,the problems in the selection of the desulfurization project and the key to optimization are clarified.Thirdly,by using document analysis,questionnaire survey and fuzzy trigonometric analyze is adopted to optimize the project selection process,evaluation index system and weight of the evaluation index.Last but not least,it is a guarantee factor to propose the optimization process of project selection,and by using selected evaluation index system,the project selection application are optimized through qualitative and quantitative evaluations by experts.The results show that: the selection of project alternative programme is the key process of a project,and alternative programme evaluation is the key link of project selection optimization.safety,technology,environment,occupational health,economics are key evaluation indicators of this project.The weights of these indicators from high to low are safety,technology,environment,occupational health and economics,among which safety is the highest,technology and environmental protection both medium,economics the lowest.The results of the project selection evaluation can satisfy both project comprehensive evaluation and individual evaluation indicator.The sub-indexes evaluation can provide scientific and comprehensive improvements.The results of these studies are conducive to an efficient,scientific and rational evaluation of the CJ desulphurization project(Phase ?)and related environmental protection projects,as well as provide a reference for the project plan selection.
