| Dangerous chemicals are items with dangerous and hazardous characteristics such as flammability,explosion,poison,corrosion and radiation.The use of hazardous chemicals has brought great convenience to people’s lives,but hazardous chemicals may cause serious accidents such as fire,explosion,pollution,poisoning and death in the production and use,which poses a major threat to social public safety.Targeted monitoring of multiple environmental parameters in the hazardous chemicals storage area is one of the effective methods to prevent accidents.This paper designed and implemented a set of remote monitoring clients for hazardous chemicals based on the current status and needs of hazardous chemicals monitoring research.The client has a high degree of automation and fast monitoring efficiency,with functions such as network monitoring,terminal positioning,and automatic alarm.The main research content of this article includes the following parts: 1.Research on the current status of hazardous chemical safety management at home and abroad,analyze the current deficiencies,and find a suitable entry point for the topic;2.Compare,select and learn different databases and electronic maps;3.Design the function modules of the client,divide the software architecture,and draw the user interface,write the code,design the database according to the function division,and realize the required functions.Through the client software,multiple monitoring devices distributed in different locations can be incorporated into the same network,and remote monitoring of multiple hazardous chemical monitoring terminal devices can be realized.To help employees in the hazardous chemicals industry to grasp the environmental conditions of the hazardous chemicals storage area in real time,respond quickly to abnormal situations,and effectively avoid accidents and reduce economic losses for personnel.The client is developed using C # language,using Visual Studio 2017 provided by Microsoft as the development platform,and SQLite database for data storage.At present,the client has been tested in a laboratory environment to ensure that there are no problems and it is delivered to the enterprise for use. |
