Hazardous chemicals refer to chemicals that have one or more of toxic,corrosive,explosive,and flammable properties.They can also cause harm to the human body,facilities,and the environment.There are many types of hazardous chemicals.The storage management requirements for different hazardous chemicals are very different,which brings huge challenges to their precise management and control.How to accurately control different types of hazardous chemicals to prevent accidents is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.The development of the ‘Internet of Things’ technology provides an effective way for the effective supervision of hazardous chemicals.This project combines the actual application needs of the enterprise and uses information technology such as sensors,RFID,and databases to develop a safety management and control system for hazardous chemicals storage cabinets.The system realizes the full life cycle traceability and precise management and control of hazardous chemicals.The specific work of the thesis is as follows:1.Starting from the safety management and control of the entire life cycle of the use of hazardous chemicals,analyze the main causes and key control elements of hazardous chemicals accidents.Conduct a problem-oriented demand analysis,and combine the precautions and risk prevention requirements in the management and control process to complete the functional modular design of the safety control system of the hazardous chemical storage cabinet.The realization of the system functions relies on the upper computer industrial control software and the lower computer execution hardware.Appropriate management schemes and technical means are selected from the existing warehouse management mode.Based on the C/S architecture,the overall software and hardware architecture of the system is designed.2.From the perspective of feasibility and economy,complete the scheme design and hardware selection.The upper computer uses the Android industrial computer as the main controller,which is connected to the IC card reader and the electronic scale.The lower computer uses the STM32 chip as the core and designs the embedded control module.The module has multi-channel GPIO on board,and provides external RS485 interface,A/D interface and USART serial port.The system introduces non-contact automatic identification UHF RFID technology.It also combines SHT20 temperature and humidity module,TGS2602 gas concentration module,power monitoring module,explosion-proof fan and multiple switch action execution units.Then,complete the communication protocol between the lower computer and the upper computer and design the software of lower-level computers.The system realizes information perception and control of all elements(hazardous chemicals storage status,storage environment,personnel,etc.)of the system.3.Taking data completeness and interface friendliness as the starting point,build a system database on the Android platform,and design a human-computer interaction interface.Based on MVC software development framework and system data management requirements,analyze data entities and design data tables.Then initialize tables in the SQLite database.Select appropriate components,controls and layout methods according to the basic flow of UI design and development.Apply XML files and Java code to realize interface dynamic function.The design realizes the decoupling of business layer,data layer and view layer.4.Taking the safety of hazardous chemicals management and control and the comprehensiveness of system functions as the starting point,develop the host computer industrial control software.Study the business process of tracking and supervision of hazardous chemicals,analyze the nodes of system risk,and determine the business logic of each functional module.According to the management and control requirements,the system business is decomposed into main business and basic business.On the Android industrial control platform,create each thread for each business in Java language.At last,complete the application software development of the safety management and control system for hazardous chemicals storage cabinets.The software realizes the safety management and control of the entire life cycle of hazardous chemicals.After testing,the developed system can realize the precise control of hazardous chemicals in laboratory temporary storage warehouse.The system has been successfully applied in many scientific research institutes.The application results show that the system has complete functions and stable operation,and effectively solves the pain points and difficult problems in the management of hazardous chemicals. |
