Integration And Development Of The Vehicle Terminal Of Monitoring System For Safe Transportation Of Hazardous Chemicals

With the number of hazardous chemicals used by the people and the pressure of the transport increasing,the community pays more and more attention to the life and property safety for hazardous chemicals transportation.The State Council and all levels of governments enact lots of laws and regulations on the hazardous chemicals transportation and make many strict rules about the industry environment and the safe transportation.It can monitor safe transportation of hazardous chemicals effectively for the monitoring system.It can transport all information and all data such as video,pictures,text messages and telephone to the monitoring center in the first time,and thus can help the driver transport hazardous chemicals effectively.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research of the safe transportation of hazardous chemicals.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research on the safety control system firstly.And then,it introduces some technology,such as the Internet of Things,3G communication technology,Beidou navigation system and angle monitoring technology.Then,it designs the overall process framework.in this process framework,there are three subsystem,such as the communication subsystem,the radar subsystem and operating subsystem,and make a brief description about the radar proximity sensing module,the angle monitoring module,the communication subsystem module As well as the monitoring camera module.it introduces the Single chip microcomputer and chip card of the main control panel,adapter panel and design the main illustrative diagram.Finally,it checks out the Beidou positioning module,the angle monitoring module.in this process,records and checks out all the appearance,and adjusts the problem what occur in the process and further improve the system further.This paper integrates the system for safe transportation of hazardous chemicals in order to prevent speeding,cargo theft and other problem.The system is stable and supports monitoring transportation operations for a long time.The integration and development of monitoring system for safe transportation of hazardous chemicals lays the foundation.
