Dendranthema Morifolium cv.Gongju and Trollius ledebouri Reichb are Chinese characteristic flowers with various activities,which have the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification,enhancing capillary expansion,nourishing liver and eyesight,bacteriostasis,reducing fire and refreshing brain.In this subject,Dendranthema Morifolium cv.Gongju extract(DME)and Trollius ledebouri Reichb extract(TLE)were used as research objects.The whitening,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of DME and TLE were evaluated by biochemical method and cell model evaluation.The specific experimental results are as follows:(1)Whitening activity:The biochemical method was used to evaluate the whitening activity.The results showed that the IC50 of DME and TLE was 0.531 mg/ml and 1.660 mg/ml respectively,which was weaker than that of kojic acid(0.121 mg/ml).By establishing the whitening activity evaluation model of B16-F10 cells,the results showed that the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity was 18% when the concentration of TLE was 0.125 mg/ml,but there was no significant effect on the content of melanin in cells;when the concentration of DME was 0.125 mg/ml,the content of melanin in cells decreased by 21.267%,but there was no significant effect on the activity of tyrosinase in cells.(2)Antioxidant activity: The biochemical method was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity.The results showed that the IC50 of DME and TLE was 0.057 mg/ml and 0.038 mg/ml,the scavenging ability of DME to DPPH was lower than that of VE(IC50: 0.040 mg/ml),and the activity of TLE was higher than that of VE.By establishing a model for evaluating the anti-oxidant activity of HaCaT cells,the results show that DME and TLE have obvious protective and repairing effects on injured cells,and both have significant anti-oxidant effects,and have significant effects on reactive oxygen species and superoxide anion free radicals produced in cells.The clearance effect of TLE is stronger than that of DME.(3)Anti-inflammatory activity: The biochemical method was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity.The results showed that DME and TLE had almost no effect on the activity of hyaluronidase.Therefore,the anti-inflammatory activity can be further explored by the inflammatory cell model at a later stage.
