Study On Extraction And Purification Process, Quality Standard And Antioxidative Activities Of Total Flavonoids From Trollius Ledebouri Reichb

Trollius ledebouri Reichb. is one of well-known herbs that possess antimicrobial and antiviral actions. The major active compounds are considered to be flavonoids. In our research, four flavonoid glycosides were isolated and purified by high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) and semi-preparative HPLC. And the contents of four flavonoid glycosides in Trollius ledebouri Reichb. of different sources were reviewed. At the same time, in vitro antioxidant activities of flavonoids extract from Trollius ledebouri Reichb. of different source and four flavonoid glycosides were investigated. The extraction and purification of flavonoids from T. ledebouri Reichb. and the quality standard of the flavonoids extract of T. ledebouri Reichb. were studied.
