Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Integrated Environmental Remediation In Small Towns

Since 2016,comprehensive environmental improvement in small towns and cities has been taking place in full swing in Zhejiang provinces,cities and counties.In the process of rectification,various problems have inevitably emerged.In order to better carry out comprehensive environmental improvement in small towns,the problems encountered in remediation have been solved in a timely manner.It is very necessary to study this subject to meet the development requirements of the times to achieve the remediation effect.Through the analysis of problems,corresponding solutions are put forward to enable the remediation work in small towns to continue to develop.The research object of this paper is the comprehensive environmental renovation of small towns,aiming at taking the Dayang town environmental renovation project in Jinyun County of Zhejiang Province as the case study object,and through the relevant practical theory of the comprehensive environmental renovation of small towns as the guidance,this paper expounds the concept of the comprehensive environmental renovation of small towns and small towns,and introduces the basic situation of Dayang town,the present situation of the environmental renovation,the achievements made in the renovation,the existing problems and the reasons,etc.,and then put forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures.The first part of the paper is an introduction to the background of the study,the significance of the study,the methods of the study,the domestic and international research review,the innovation and the insufficiency,etc.,environmental Renovation of small towns can make up the shortage of ecological environment,speed up the economic transformation and upgrade,improve the quality of urban and rural development,and promote the modernization of grass-roots governance,improve people's well-being;Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive renovation of the environment in the small towns of Dayang town,and strives to highlight the renovation with its unique features,to enhance the people's sense of gain and happiness,and to push forward the process of the renovation in harmony,to solve the problems of poor foundation,lack of funds and great difficulty,to gain the full understanding and support of the people,to enhance environmental awareness,and to establish a long-term mechanism;finally,to carry out a clear and strategic analysis of the target requirements for comprehensive environmental rehabilitation of small towns,we can make great efforts by highlighting the leading role of planning,strengthening the organization and leadership,improving the order of cities and towns,strengthening the supporting facilities at the basic level,building the atmosphere of public opinion and paying attention to the cultivation of local characteristics.Through the research on the comprehensive renovation of the environment of small towns,we can analyze the experience and practices of the renovation for others to use for reference,In the course of the rectification work in the future,as far as possible,we will avoid scenes that the people do not want to see,such as the chaos of social order in cities and towns,the occupation of roads by vendors,the disorderly parking of vehicles,and so on,through the rectification as far as possible to meet the demands of the people.
