The Research On The Transportation Scheme Optimization Of The Zimbabwe Chromium Ore For Sinomine Group Company

With the rapid development of social economy,The development of all walks of life has been greatly promoted.Especially,the rising demand from stainless steel stimulated the demand of downstream industry on chromium ore as the main raw material of stainless steel.Due to the high quality of foreign chromium ore,and it is gradually recognized by domestic enterprises.In addition,the output of chromium ore in China is low,so the import volume of chromium ore is increasing year by year.Therefore,the paper's core problem is that how to combine the international transport characteristics of chromium ore and work out the best,safe and economical transport scheme.Based on the author's experiences in international ore transportation and knowledge from Zimbabwe chrome ore imports,and accumulation comes from related literature,the paper used a research method that combined quantitative and qualitative methods to solve this problem.Firstly,the paper stated the research status on international logistics transportation and international intermodal transport,and introduced the general method of transportation scheme selection-optimization method.It provided a theoretical basis for the design and selection of the international transport scheme for Zimbabwe chromium ore.Secondly,the paper made a deep analysis on the market environment,traffic environment and policy environment of Zimbabwe chromium ore combined the realities of Zimbabwe,and discussed the main problems in the process of importing chromium ore from Zimbabwe.Thirdly,the paper analysed the each link of import transportation of chromium ore from Zimbabwe,and the cost components of chromium ore import transportation are determined and four transportation schemes are designed.Finally,establishing a model of transportation mode selection for imported chromium ore from Zimbabwe,and based on the data from the real working,the paper compared the comprehensive cost of the four schemes,and selecting the efficient and low-cost transportation method suitable for international transportation of chromium ore.There are 14 figures,13 tables and 55 references in this paper.
