Research On The Construction Of Numerical Control Training Project Library From The Perspective Of Integration Of Production And Education

Integration of production and education is a constant theme of vocational education,based on the current situation of small scale and regional dispersion of machinery industry enterprises in XX district,this paper combines with many problems brought about by the off-campus productive training.Moreover,most vocational school students need to go through long-term training and follow-up learning before taking up their posts,which leads to the increase of the cost for enterprise to train new employees.This paper comes up with a system solution to build CNC training project library to connect with enterprise products constructively.By further improving the CNC professional training system,deepening the reform of "introducing enterprises into teaching",enterprises are guided to participate in the teaching practice of vocational schools.Firstly,this paper focuses on the training objectives and talent needs of numerical control specialty,we have carried out a new round of professional talent demand research,constructed a cooperative teaching scheme for off-campus productive training and dynamic student management mechanism.Secondly,we have implemented the task-based training mode for the real production environment of the enterprise,taking the "combination of production and learning" as an important measure to improve the school teaching,the enterprise products are integrated into the CNC training project library.Thirdly,with the help of creating one platform(school-enterprise cooperative education platform),building two teams(CNC professional teaching team and skill master team,and establishing three bases(“campus productive training”,“off-campus productive training” and “intelligent virtual simulation training base”).The CNC professional courses implement integrated teaching.Typical parts of the enterprise are selected for the project.A training project library for intermediate,senior and technician that upgrade level by level is established.We promote the curriculum reform,form the "1 + 2 + 1" productive training teaching mode,realize the goal of opening and sharing the training base,and improve the skill level of teachers.The above measures are of great significance for vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation.The first is practical innovation,which is the Successful transformation of NC training base enterprise.the second is curriculum constructional innovation,we have established a product oriented CNC training project library,developed a number of sets of training projects,such as labeling machine,capping machine,dryer,block screw,as practical teaching,post practice,subject development,product development and other project resources.Emphasizing the organic unity of practice and theory,highlighting the educational concept of "integration of production and education",to realize the pattern of "workshop is classroom,teacher is master,student is apprentice,work is product",enrich and highlight the important position of numerical control skill courses,so as to improve the skill level of students and enhance the competitiveness of employment.
