With the continuous increase of national environmental pollution control and the acceleration of domestic energy structure optimization and adjustment,LNG as a clean energy, has obtained a huge development opportunity. In recent years, the rapid growth of domestic LNG consumption has contributed to the upsurge of investment in large LNG terminal construction. The domestic implementation experience is relatively lacking. The construction safety risk management in the construction process is an important problem faced by all participating units. At present,Safety accidents still occur frequently in the construction process, and the safety production situation is more severe in the large LNG terminal engineering industry. The reason is that the risk identification is not in place, the safety management process can not grasp the key points, the safety technical measures are lack of pertinence, and the potential safety hazards can not be eliminated in time.According to the theory of safety risk management and the engineering characteristics of large LNG terminal,The WBS principle and expert investigation method are applied to establish the construction safety risk factors list of large LNG terminal.According to the list of construction safety risk factors of large LNG terminal identified by the system, the method of fault tree structure analysis and transformation from fault tree structure to binary decision diagram and numerical calculation is used to systematically evaluate the safety risk factors. The importance of each basic event and the safety risk accident rate are calculated and analyzed, and the key risk factors are proposed. Finally, according to different levels of risk, corresponding safety control measures are formulated to minimize the construction safety risk.Figure 20;Table 13;Reference 64...
