Currently,China accelerates the implementation of its green development strategy with slowdown in economy growth but high quality in its development,in which changes are taking in terms of economic development methods and economic growth divers,and economic structures are undergoing optimization and adjustment.The reform of the state-owned enterprise has entered a “deep-water zone” and the reform of mixed ownership has escalated the pilot scopes and industry fields.Since 2013,the coal over capacity has highlighted and the profitability of coal enterprise has decreased sharply,so China rapidly promotes the policy of cutting overcapacity and supply-side reform.The productivity of state-owned energy enterprise develops rapidly and the construction of state-owned energy enterprise group and the new-type energy base are advanced by state,which results in that the merge and reorganization of state-owned energy enterprise speeds up as the competition increases.With the changes of macro development environment,the newly established HNGZ state-owned energy enterprise simply merged multiple enterprises and multiple industries.The development of each industry is in a disorderly state,the integration and development are not in place,and the overall benefits are not ideal.It desperately needs to formulate clear and feasible diversified development strategies to adapt to the development under new situation so as to realize enterprise transformation and upgrading,taking the intensive,high-quality and efficient development road.This thesis conduct researches on the HNGZ state-owned energy enterprise's diversified strategies formulation and implementation with diversification strategic management theory and analysis methods of empirical analysis,SWOT analysis and PEST analysis.The diversified strategies of the HNGZ state-owned energy enterprise is proposed through primarily analyzing the macro development situations of policies,economies,resources,technologies,social cultures and industries,and the resources and capacities owned by the enterprise starting from the enterprise's development status and caused problems,then constructing the SWOT analysis matrix countermeasures based on the enterprise's internal development environment.Through research,the HNGZ state-owned energy enterprise formulates and implements diversified strategies on the basics of the development ideas,enterprise missions and targets,and strategic layout.Through promoting relative diversification,it gives priority to develop coal chemical industry,gas clean-energy industry,goods trade industry and equipment manufacturing,repairing and rending industry.And through promoting the unrelated diversification,it develops the hotel industry,the health industry and liquor industry.Focus on continuously optimizing the organizational structure,cultivating a high-quality management team,building an appropriate corporate culture,advancing the diversification of the enterprise's property rights structure,relying on innovation-driven development,implementing performance appraisal and incentives,and implementing green production enterprises in seven aspects.In that case the HNGZ state-owned energy enterprise is developed into industry-leading,first-class,and diversified industrial group with strong core competence and remarkable economic benefits,stepping in “fast lane” with the green,healthy and sustainable development,and contributing to the regional economic development and the welfare of the people.This thesis takes HNGZ state-owned energy enterprise as a case to research and boasts practical significance to its sustainable development,offering some reference to state-owned enterprise or enterprises in the same sector to formulate and implement diversified development strategies.
