| In recent years,countries all over the world have realized that climate change is changing from a long-term challenge in the future to an immediate and urgent crisis.At present,many countries in the world have made "carbon neutrality" commitments.President Xi was further announced at the climate ambition Summit on December 22:"China’s CO2 emissions will reach a peak by 2030 and strive to achieve ’carbon neutrality’ by 2060".The 14th five year plan for national economic and social development and the outline of long-term objectives for 2035 are also put forward"We should vigorously develop the green economy,promote the adjustment of industrial structure,strengthen the scientific layout planning of industries and enterprises,resolutely curb the blind development of high energy consumption and high emission projects,prevent the gradient transfer of polluting industries,and promote the positive development of green transformation.We should strengthen the upgrading and transformation of enterprises and create a green manufacturing system.".In this context,traditional energy enterprises are generally facing transformation pressure.The research object selected in this paper,Enterprise A,is a large state-owned energy enterprise,which has the whole industrial chain business of coal,power,transportation,chemical industry and so on.Under the current development background,the enterprise is in the critical period of strategic transformation.Guided by the strategic management theory,the purpose of this study is to synthesize the opinions of various parties and put forward scientific,reasonable,practical and representative strategic suggestions.This paper mainly studies the four factors of strategic transformation of enterprise A:S(advantage),W(disadvantage),O(opportunity)and T(threat)through SWOT analysis and constructs a hierarchical structure model.Based on the questionnaire survey of the national energy competent department,experts in the energy field and managers of some energy enterprises,the relative weight of each factor in the SWOT analysis is quantitatively obtained through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the average weight of the four elements S,W,O and T is calculated,and the strategy adopted by enterprise A for strategic transformation is analyzed by using the strategic quadrilateral.Through the quantitative calculation of the analytic hierarchy process in this paper,it can be seen that the industrial opportunities of renewable energy,the leading advantages and synergy advantages of the energy industry,and the talents and scientific and technological advantages have the greatest impact on the strategic transformation of enterprise A.In particular,the industrial opportunities of renewable energy are an important factor that respondents generally believe enterprises should consider in strategic transformation.According to the analysis of the strategic quadrilateral,enterprise A should adopt a pioneering transformation strategy.Therefore,the author believes that enterprise A should make full use of its leading and synergistic advantages in the energy industry(thermal power and coal),Carbon Asset resource advantages and industrial opportunities of renewable energy to carry out strategic transformation,and gives a specific strategic transformation plan to provide reference for the future development of enterprise A. |
