| As one of the important components of state-owned enterprise organizations,trade unions play an irreplaceable role in establishing stable and coordinated labor relations,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees,and improving their professional skills and qualities.From the end of the last century to the beginning of this century,the domestic and international situation has undergone tremendous changes with the trend of economic globalization.As an important pillar of the state-owned economy,state-owned enterprises are facing a more complex development environment.Only through change can they adapt to the characteristics of the times.In the process of this transformation,the trade union organizations of state-owned enterprises play an important role.This article aims to reveal the current situation and existing problems of the functional operation of state-owned enterprise trade unions through examples,in order to improve the current methods of performing duties by state-owned enterprise trade unions.In order to conduct an in-depth analysis of the satisfaction of employees of Company A with the trade union,relevant literature at home and abroad is first reviewed through literature research,explaining relevant concepts and theories.Combined with the evaluation index system of employee satisfaction with the trade union in hospitals,universities,and other units,an evaluation index of employee satisfaction with the trade union in Company A is constructed.Secondly,conduct a questionnaire survey on employees’ satisfaction with the trade union they belong to,designed from four dimensions: individual characteristics of employees,satisfaction with union staff,satisfaction with union activities,and satisfaction with the union’s performance of functions,in order to understand the level of satisfaction of the trade union of Company A within the scope of employees.Then,in order to obtain objective data support for the factors influencing employee satisfaction with the trade union of Company A,an empirical analysis was conducted using a multiple regression model.Finally,based on significant factors,countermeasures are proposed to enhance the satisfaction of enterprise trade unions,including improving the comprehensive quality of trade union management cadres,enhancing the level of enterprise trade union activities,and strengthening the level of enterprise trade union function fulfillment.This will further explore the effective operation mode of state-owned enterprise trade union functions,with the aim of benefiting the research on the functions and operation system of state-owned enterprise trade unions. |
