According to the 2019 report of Edgar,China's total carbon emissions in 2018 account for 29.71% of the global carbon emissions,which is more than the sum of the European Union(9.13%)and the United States(13.92%).China is regarded as a key area of international carbon emissions,and how to achieve low-carbon development is of great significance.As a strong economic and energy consuming Province,Guangdong has always attached great importance to low-carbon development and environmental protection.In this context,the study of the relationship between regional innovation,industrial structure adjustment and carbon emission efficiency of Guangdong prefecture level cities play an important role in the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies and the realization of regional green coordinated development.Based on the urban panel data of Guangdong from 2005 to 2017,this paper studies the relationship between regional innovation,industrial structure adjustment and carbon emission efficiency in Guangdong Province from the perspective of regional comparative study,multiple coupling and spatial perspective through the combination of traditional mathematical model,coupling coordination model and GIS technology.Including the analysis of regional innovation,industrial restructuring and other independent variables on the overall,different regional carbon emission efficiency.Furthermore,the coupling coordination degree model is further established and combined with spatial measurement to measure the coupling coordination,Moran index and Lisa analysis of the three elements of "regional innovation industrial structure adjustment carbon emission efficiency" in each city,and to analyze the coupling coordination development and spatial effect of the three elements of each city from the perspective of multiple coupling and space,so as to influence regional innovation,industrial structure adjustment and carbon emission The relationship between release efficiency is studied.The results show that: during the sample observation period,with regard to the adjustment of industrial structure,the increase of the proportion of the third / second industry and the decrease of the industrial share have significant positive effects on the carbon emission efficiency of the whole province and all regions;regional innovation only shows significant positive effects on the carbon emission efficiency in the sample estimation of the Pearl River Delta,which may be significantly related to the R & D investment and R & D capacity of the Pearl River Delta Higher than other regions,the overall relative innovation level of non Pearl River Delta region is too low,and the impact on carbon emission efficiency has not been revealed;there are regional differences in the control variables,the level of economic development,urbanization,urban sprawl,and the impact of opening up;the multiple coupling and coordinated development analysis of regional innovation,industrial structure adjustment and carbon emission,and the coupling and coordination of three factors of each city The average annual value of degree has been steadily increasing with time,and it shows a geographical distribution of "medium high and low outside".At present,the whole is in a moderate coordination stage,and there is still a long way to go before the three elements form a good coordinated development situation.At the same time,the spatial positive correlation of the three elements coupling and coordinated development is increasing year by year,and shows different types of agglomeration distribution,"high-high(H-H)","high-low(H-L)" and "low-low(LL)" agglomeration has an increasing trend.According to this,this paper puts forward policy suggestions,including focusing on strengthening the industrial structure upgrading and R & D investment in the East and northwest of Guangdong,the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration should grasp the major development opportunities of the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area,promote the development of high-end service industry,accelerate the cultivation of emerging industries,strive to reduce the carbon emission intensity of the secondary industry,improve regional cooperation and governance,and strive to create a good three factor coordinated development Good situation.
