Research On Risk Early Warning System Of Chemical Enterpsises Based On Competitive Intellegence

Benefiting from the progress of China’s scientific and technological innovation ability and economic development level,as well as domestic and foreign development environment and policy support,China’s chemical industry has made good progress and contributed more and more to our national economy.However,with the rapid development of chemical products marketization and the high transparency of commodity transaction information,the competitive situation and market development of chemical products are becoming more and more complicated,and the risks of chemical companies are also increasing.Therefore,objectively and timely identify the risk factors of chemical companies,Establishing a unified risk early warning system for chemical enterprises based on competitive intelligence,scientifically evaluating the potential risks of chemical enterprises,analyzing and controlling and preventing the risks of chemical enterprises have important research value and practical significance for the healthy development of chemical enterprises in China.Therefore,this article starts research on this,with a view to providing a new theoretical framework and method system for risk early warning of chemical enterprises.This paper firstly summarizes and explains the research status of enterprise risk early warning,enterprise competition intelligence and chemical enterprise risk early warning,and explains the basic concepts and related theories of competitive intelligence and enterprise risk early warning,including the combination of the two and competition Characteristics of intelligence in risk warning.Then,combined with the characteristics of chemical companies,risk factor identification procedures,principles and methods,as well as the previous research from the chemical enterprises internal and external risk factors analysis,Then the risk warning system of chemical enterprises based on competitive intelligence is constructed,It mainly includes the establishment of risk early warning index system,the collection of risk early warning intelligencen,the evaluation of risk early warning intelligencen,the analysis and transmission of risk early warning intelligencen,and risk early warning and alert response,finally,a case study of Qingdao Bay Chemical Group Co.,Ltd is carried out to verify the feasibility of intelligence collection and evaluation in the system.In this way,while making this paper innovative in theory,it can also play an important practical role in practice,and provide a reference for the in-depth study of risk early warning for chemical companies based on competitive intelligence.
