Research On The Influence Of Environmental Regulation On The Production Layout Of Meat Duck Industry

Since the 21 st century,meat duck farming has changed from a small number of ordinary farmers,scattered feeding to professional farmers,and large-scale centralized feeding.It has made important contributions to meet the supply of poultry meat market,promote farmers' income and economic development.The large-scale development has broken the production pattern of meat duck farming relying on the advantages of traditional natural resources.The concentration degree of meat duck industry is deepening,affecting the production and life of meat duck farming enterprises(farmers)and even the adjustment and further development of the entire industrial structure.Relevant studies show that in recent years,the continuous expansion of the scale of livestock and poultry farming has resulted in more and more pollutants and wastes.Due to the limited carrying capacity and absorptive capacity of the land itself,it is impossible to completely purify the pollution generated by livestock and poultry farming,which has caused a series of environmental pollution problems and is becoming more and more serious.In response,from the central government to the local government,various policies and regulations on environmental control,pollution prevention and standardization of livestock and poultry farm construction have been promulgated one after another,and relevant standards have been formulated for the site selection of livestock and poultry farms,treatment of livestock and poultry manure and waste discharge.Evidently,environmental regulation has become the primary problem restricting the development of meat duck industry.Based on agricultural location theory,factor endowment theory,pollution paradise hypothesis and environmental competition theory,this paper analyzes the possible factors that affect the layout change of meat duck industry,and focuses on the analysis of the impact mechanism and transmission path of environmental regulation on meat duck industry.Then,the development status of meat duck industry is described,and the progress made in meat duck industry is briefly introduced.The change trend of production layout of meat duck industry is calculated and analyzed through two dimensions of time and space,and a comparative analysis is made from two levels ofprovinces and regions.At the same time,according to the two types of environmental regulation tools for livestock and poultry,this paper focuses on summarizing and sorting out China's environmental policies for livestock and poultry in recent years.Through the comparison of different environmental regulation intensity indicators,the paper selects two indicators,the number of policies and the level of economic development,calculates the environmental regulation intensity of each province,and analyzes the changes in the environmental regulation intensity of meat duck farming in China.Based on the above data,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of environmental regulation on the production layout of meat duck industry.The results show that: environmental regulation has a significant negative impact on the production layout index of the meat duck industry,while factors such as organizational conditions and resource endowment have a positive impact on it,while traffic factors do not have a significant impact on it,but the coefficient is still positive.After that,the research conclusion of the full text is summarized: The distribution of meat duck production showed a tendency of concentration-dispersionconcentration;Both policy indicators and other alternative economic indicators show that China's environmental regulation intensity is getting higher and higher.Taking the lag phase as an example,environmental regulation has a negative impact on the layout of meat duck industry.At the end of the article,the author puts forward some pertinent suggestions: make rational use of the resource advantages of different regions and optimize the layout of meat duck industry;Reasonable formulation of environmental and industrial policies for livestock and poultry breeding,promotion of a win-win situation for the development of meat duck industry and environmental protection,and so on.
