Coal is an important energy for China's national economy.The train-ship intermodal transport which represented by "north coal south transportation" and "west coal east transmission" highlights the port's position in coal transportation and promotes the emergence and development of port coal supply chain management which dominated by market demand.In order to avoid the non-coordinated behavior caused by the pursuit of their own interests between business partners,the port coal supply chain supply-demand matching should be conducted from key node perspective according to market demand.This paper researches the supply-demand matching problem of port coal supply chain from key node perspective which is to achieve the goal where the supply-demand matching in the port coal supply chain is attained,the services quality and operational efficiency are obviously improved,the supply chain operation is optimized and the overall competitiveness is promoted.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.Firstly,based on the necessity and importance of supply-demand matching in port coal supply chain management,it reviews the inland and abroad research of supply-demand matching and port coal supply chain,and summarizes the relative theory and methods.The research goal,significance,and key problems of port coal supply chain optimization from supply-demand matching perspective are proposed.Secondly,it cleares the structure and key node of port coal supply chain.Starting with the composition of the nodes,the relationships among nodes,the flow of materiacals,information and capital,it clarifies the structure of the port coal supply chain,proves its unique characteristics different from the traditional supply chain.Then the importance of each node in the coal supply chain is calculated by the proposed weighted and improved node shrinkage method.Thirdly,the basis and index system of supply-demand matching in port coal supply chain from key node perspective is determined.This article analysis the characteristics and index system building target of supply-demand matching,clasifies the influencing factors from key node,i.e.,port perspective.Based on these,it establishes the preselected index set combining.Through collecting relevant data from coal suppliers and demanders,the preselected indicators are identified and classified by factor analysis and then the index system of supply-demand matching system in port coal supply chain is proposed.Fourthly,the static supply-demand matching from key node perspective is analyzed and solved.It describes the problem of static supply-demand matching from key node perspective in port coal supply chain,considers the transaction prices and preference ordinal,specifies the parameters,decision variables and objective functions and then abstracts a multi-objective model and designs a corresponding genetic algorithm.To determine the importance parameters,we evaluate suppliers and demanders using the proposed cloud PDR method and the supply-demand matching index system.Finally,numerical examples and numerical analysis of port coal supply chain optimization model from static supply-demand matching are carried out.Fifthly,it explores and solves the dynamic supply-demand matching from key node perspective in port coal supply chain.By the ideas and problem description of the dynamic supply-demand matching in port coal supply chain based on multi-agent system,a distributed constraint satisfaction model based on dynamic negotiation is established,an asynchronous backtracking algorithm on account of multiprincipal interaction is designed,and the multi-agent communication is realized by means of KQML.This research designs and develops a multi-agent dynamic supply-demand matching system of port coal supply chain with Java Web,and the system test and case simulation are conducted.Finally,according to the comprehensive analysis of the supply-demand matching problem from key node perspective in port coal supply chain,it puts forward some specific measures for key node,i.e.,port,coal and logistics service suppliers,demanders and the entire port coal supply chain operation.All of these specific measures are designed to ensure that static and dynamic supply-demand matching solutions can be finally implemented.
