The Configurable Food Safety Inspection System Based On The Guidance Of Specific Vocabulary Speech Recognition

With the constant advance of China’s society and economy,there are more and more abundant food types and as a result,food safety has increasingly become the focus of attention.As an important supervision method,food safety inspection is the basic guarantee.At present food safety inspection is carried out by on-spot inspections and paper records in China,but the traditional inspection methods have such defects in cumbersome inspection configuration,low efficiency,and troubled management and utilization of inspection data.Therefore,it is crucial to establish a food safety inspection management system.According to the actual needs in food safety inspection,this paper designs and implements the configurable food safety inspection system based on the guidance of specific vocabulary speech recognition.The system includes the Web terminal content management system and mobile terminal APP of food safety inspection.The Web terminal content management system provides supervisors with management functions to manage inspection items,inspection standards,inspection work and inspection reports,so that food safety inspection managers can systematically manage the inspection data.And the mobile terminal APP including the function of inspection recording and view the history,provides inspectors with a way to replace paper filling.At the same time in the search module implements the specific vocabulary speech recognition guidance function,by mapping the voice to the existing words in the Database of the system,the inspector can be guided to search the required items effectively,which greatly improves the inspection efficiency.The Web terminal management system is designed by using the Spring Boot framework integrated with Thymeleaf template engine;the mobile terminal APP is developed through the hybrid mobile development framework Ionic,Angular and Cordova.This system provides a systematic information management platform and efficient inspection methods,which facilitates food safety inspections in a more effective manner.In addition,it can store static risk data for later use,which is of great significance.
