Studies On How To Establish And Develop The Mobile Food Laboratories In Changsha

This thesis analyzed current situation of food safety in China,and compared with external supervision mode, the mode of China had many differences. In order to created an effective and convenient supervision mode for food safety,I had investigated current situation of ChangSha food safety and food testing. In2012,food safety supervision departments of ChangSha enlarged spot-check quantity,and accomplished276719food testing batch, percent of pass up to97.81%. The phenomenon of unqualified divided into three parts and more,for example,the testing passed rate of food product line and circulating was low;Pickles,bacon and spicy food were unqualified easily;The food contaminates mainly included microbes and additives.By analyzed current situation of food inspection and testing industry in China,and the development of rapid testing technologies,author summarized some problems in food rapid testing technologies,and submitted some recommendations to solve problems.The local government could establish some mobile food laboratories which were managed by food safety committee,and explore a new way to supervise food safety.This research objects involved food raw materials production bases,food factories,food warehouse,food markets,hotels,restaurants and many professional food laboratories.Accord to analyzed the research data,author found out the market demands of mobile food labor atories.With knew well some important experience about professional food laboratories and mobile food laboratories, author put forward how to establish mobile food laboratories successfully.We could found out a continuing development way by evaluating the professional personnel, instruments and equipments, vehicles.quality management system and testing capabilities of the mobile food laboratory.
