Knowledge management,especially knowledge sharing management,has received more and more attention and research in this era of knowledge economy.Knowledge has become the driving force of productivity and economic growth,and so is the enterprise.Enterprise knowledge sharing management means planning the scope of knowledge sharing,organizing the process of sharing existing knowledge between enterprises and outsourcers using various tools and systems;thus realizing knowledge innovation,creating enterprises as learning organizations,and accelerating enterprise reform Speed,thereby activating the vitality of the enterprise;at the same time,knowledge sharing management also pays attention to the control and safety effect evaluation of knowledge sharing,and the significance of trust and incentive mechanisms between organizations for knowledge sharing management.AD is a global leader in the labeling and printing industry,and AD's business is located in more than 50 countries around the world.The main business of AD Company is to connect various business processes through the company's powerful ERP system.ERP is the core business system of AD Company.With the passage of time,ERP operating costs and risks are increasing.AD company's ERP upgrade is imminent.AD company has launched an ERP upgrade project.AD company chooses professional IT outsourcing suppliers in the ERP upgrade project to be responsible for the upgrade and improvement project of AD company's ERP project,but encountered many knowledge sharing obstacles in the process of ERP project upgrade implementation,which led to the project knowledge sharing Efficiency is low,and the risk of ERP projects becomes greater.This article analyzes the related theories of knowledge management,knowledge sharing management and IT outsourcing,analyzes the obstacles of knowledge sharing in AD company's ERP projects,and analyzes the reasons for the multi-dimensional factor theoretical framework of knowledge sharing management,and how to improve knowledge sharing management Suggest measures.The article first introduces the overview of AD company,the overview of AD company's ERP and the problems and performance of AD company's knowledge sharing obstacles encountered in ERP outsourcing projects.Then use the multi-dimensional factor theory of knowledge sharing management,through questionnaires,combining project organization culture,trust mechanism,knowledge strategy,project staff quality,project organization communication,project performance and incentives,project organization learning and system technology tools.Theoretical knowledge analyzes the problem of knowledge sharing management in AD company's ERP project.Then use the multi-dimensional theory of knowledge sharing management to propose improvements to the knowledge sharing management of AD company's ERP outsourcing projects,including the knowledge sharing management concept that should be cultivated in the project,the knowledge sharing conflict resolution mechanism with IT outsourcing providers,and the project knowledge base Construction,the application of advanced knowledge management systems and tools,the construction of learning project organizations,and the safeguards for AD companies in knowledge sharing management.This article provides suggestions for improving the knowledge sharing management of AD's ERP outsourcing projects.It has practical guiding significance for AD's future IT projects.It can also provide reference for how other similar companies manage knowledge sharing management issues in ERP projects.
