Research On The Influence And Optimization Of Knowledge Sharing On Safety Performance In Engineering Project Team

With the dual drive of fierce competition in the construction market and accelerated technological update,the complexity of project construction is increasing day by day,and the health and safety of employees has attracted the attention of organizations,unions and governments.From the point of view of human factors,the occurrence of safety accidents is not only caused by irregular operation and improper motivation,but also caused by lack of knowledge and skills and lack of psychological quality.Therefore,in order to improve the status quo of safety management and reduce the incidence of accidents,this paper intends to provide new ideas for the exploration of production safety management mode from the perspective of knowledge management by investigating and analyzing the relationship between knowledge sharing and safety performance in construction project teams.In this study,questionnaire survey was used to investigate and collect data from a number of construction projects.Software such as SPSS17.0 and Deap2.1 were used to build hierarchical regression and DEA models to study the relationship between them.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The theoretical model of the influence of knowledge sharing within the project team on safety performance was constructed.The impact of knowledge sharing on safety performance includes a direct path and a regulated intermediary path.(2)The quality of questionnaire design and survey data was tested.It is confirmed that the formal questionnaire and data have good reliability and validity and can be used in this study.(3)The effect mechanism of knowledge sharing on safety performance in engineering project team was discussed.The four dimensions of knowledge sharing have a significant positive effect on safety performance.Among them,safety regulation,technology sharing and safety experience sharing can also affect employees' safety performance through safety atmosphere,and psychological capital has a significant moderating effect on this intermediary mechanism.When knowledge sharing is divided into explicit and tacit knowledge sharing,the assumption is still supported.In addition,intergenerational,education and working years significantly regulate the impact of knowledge sharing on safety performance.(4)The safety efficiency under the input of knowledge sharing was optimized.The results of the DEA model measurement results show that the low comprehensive technical efficiency is mainly caused by the low pure technical efficiency.The key to improving safety efficiency is to strengthen the system management and operation level.Based on the DEA optimization model of input adjustment,the improvement mode of "improvement input 1 ? improvement input 134? improvement input 1234" and the improvement strategy of security knowledge sharing indifferent stages were determined.There are 7 figures,43 tables and 100 references in this paper.
