Research On Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Sharing In NH County Stationery Industry Park

Nowadays,under the environment of knowledge as a strategic resource,it is difficult for a single enterprise to have comprehensive knowledge reserves.The speed of enterprises to create new knowledge can not keep up with the speed of enterprise knowledge demand,and then the lack of knowledge and lack of knowledge has become a difficult problem for all enterprises.At this time,the industrial park,which is formed together by the production model and the type of product,will play a new role,which is the role of the knowledge sharing environment.The development of industrial parks not only promotes the development of modular economy in this area,but also plays a positive role in knowledge management and knowledge sharing of park enterprises.Based on this,this paper focuses on the key factors in knowledge sharing,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the entire park in the market,and ultimately achieve high quality knowledge sharing effect.Based on the learning knowledge sharing model proposed by Kaseral and Raymind,the knowledge sharing model proposed by Szulanski and the knowledge sharing model proposed by Myrna Gilbert,this paper divides the knowledge sharing process into three stages,namely,the creation stage of knowledge sharing,the implementation stage of knowledge sharing,and the stage of knowledge sharing and re creation.And based on this knowledge sharing process model,we build the influencing factors model of knowledge sharing process in industrial parks.And the full text is around the three stages of this knowledge sharing process in detail analysis of its corresponding impact factors,and to summarize and summarize,put forward 42 factors of influence factors,and then make a questionnaire,select the 35 enterprises in NH County Stationery Industrial Park to issue the questionnaire and collect the effective questionnaire.The data were analyzed by Spss22.0 software,and the relationship between the influencing factors and knowledge sharing effect was analyzed.Finally,the conclusion is that the creative ability of enterprise new knowledge has a positive effect on knowledge sharing in Industrial Park,and the vision of enterprise knowledge sharing has a positive effect on knowledge sharing in Industrial Park,and the platform of knowledge sharing among enterprises in industrial park has a positive effect on knowledge sharing in industrial park.Impact effect;thecost of knowledge sharing among enterprises in industrial parks has a negative effect on knowledge sharing in industrial parks;the knowledge integration ability of enterprises has a positive effect on knowledge sharing in industrial parks;the application level of enterprise knowledge absorption hasa positive effect on knowledge sharing in industrial parks.The effect is verified by the 6 hypotheses put forward in this paper.Finally,this paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions on the problems existing in the process of knowledge sharing among enterprises in the stationery industry park,and we can see that the analysis of influencing factors based on knowledge sharing process has some theoretical and practical value to improve the effect of knowledge sharing in the industrial park.
