In order to implement effective supervision and monitoring of coal mine dust hazards,this paper studies coal mine dust hazard classification management methods based on the "13th Five-Year" National Key Research and Development Plan "Coal Mine Occupational Hazard Evaluation Technology and Classification Management Method".At present,qualitative and semi-quantitative methods are often used for safety evaluation,which leads to fuzzy,ambiguous and inaccurate classification management.Therefore,quantitative methods for the classification of coal mine dust hazards are urgently needed to be studied.This paper intends to use the system dynamics method to construct a coal mine dust hazard evaluation model,establish a dust hazard classification mechanism through simulation of the model,and apply it to actual mines for verification.This article analyzes the influencing factors of coal mine dust hazards from the aspects of occupational health management status,hazard influencing factors,workers’ own conditions and protective measures,adopts a questionnaire survey to consult experts,and finally establishes coal mine dust by screening and deleting indicators Hazard evaluation index system,including 4 first-level indexes,14second-level indexes and 39 third-level indexes.In this paper,DEMATEL is used to analyze the mutual influence between factors,and the 5-level scale method is used to judge the strength and weakness of the factors.The Matlab software is used to process the data to obtain the influence degree and influence degree of each factor.Provide a basis for the drawing of the causality diagram.The system dynamics flow chart is drawn through the causal feedback relationship,the system dynamics equations are compiled according to the types of variables and flow charts,and the system dynamics evaluation model of coal mine dust hazard system is finally constructed.In order to be able to effectively evaluate the coal mine dust hazard status,the system dynamics evaluation model was simulated many times,and the change trend of the coal mine dust hazard index in different states was studied by assigning variables to the coal mine dust hazard status(0~2)),Good(2~4),medium(4~6),poor(6~8),very poor(8~10)five levels,and put forward corresponding rectification opinions according to different hazard conditions.In this paper,the coal mine dust hazard classification management method isapplied to select a coal mine in Shanxi and Xinjiang respectively.Through the investigation of the actual situation of the coal mine,the relevant variables of the coal mine are taken and input into the model for simulation.The report draws similar conclusions,which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the established tiered management method.Finally,two improvement measures were proposed for the two coal mines,and a second simulation was carried out after the rectification.After the comparison,the coal mine dust hazards were significantly improved,which provided an effective basis for the coal mines to control and supervise the dust.
